Abstract
【解決手段】 複数本の係合素子11を備えた面ファスナー10と該面ファスナー10の係合素子11に対して係合する複数本の係合素子12を備えたシート状の保護部材20とを互いに係合させた状態で面ファスナー10を係合素子面とは反対側の面がタイヤ内表面6と密着するように未加硫タイヤに設置し、面ファスナー10を備えた未加硫タイヤを加硫ブラダーBを備えた加硫機で加硫する。

Claims (10)
- 複数本の第1係合素子を備えた面ファスナーと該面ファスナーの第1係合素子に対して係合する複数本の第2係合素子を備えたシート状の保護部材とを互いに係合させた状態で前記面ファスナーを係合素子面とは反対側の面がタイヤ内表面と密着するように未加硫タイヤに設置し、前記面ファスナーを備えた未加硫タイヤを加硫ブラダーを備えた加硫機で加硫することを特徴とする面ファスナー付き空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記面ファスナーは係合素子面とは反対側の面に複数本のアンカー素子を備え、該面ファスナーの未加硫タイヤへの設置時に前記アンカー素子をタイヤ内表面に食い込ませることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の面ファスナー付き空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記面ファスナーと前記保護部材とを互いに係合させた後、該保護部材付きの面ファスナーを前記タイヤ内表面に設置することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の面ファスナー付き空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記面ファスナーを前記タイヤ内表面に設置した後、前記面ファスナーに対して前記保護部材を係合させることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の面ファスナー付き空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記面ファスナーと前記保護部材との加硫後の係合力が20g/cm〜400g/cmであることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の面ファスナー付き空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記面ファスナーの第1係合素子がフックであることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の面ファスナー付き空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記保護部材が第2係合素子として繊維ループを備えた織布、第2係合素子として繊維ループを備えた編物、又は、第2係合素子としてランダム配向繊維を備えた不織布であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の面ファスナー付き空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記保護部材の幅W2を前記面ファスナーの幅W1に対して0.3≦W2/W1<1.0の関係にしたことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の面ファスナー付き空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 加硫後に前記面ファスナーから前記保護部材を除去することを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の面ファスナー付き空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 請求項1〜8に記載の製造方法で得られる面ファスナー付き空気入りタイヤであって、前記保護部材を前記面ファスナーに付けた状態にあることを特徴とする面ファスナー付き空気入りタイヤ。
