Abstract
【解決手段】エンジン動力の入力軸ISと、入力軸と平行な出力軸OSと、入力軸上に配置され第1モータ/ゼネレータと連結される第1回転要素N1、出力要素の第2回転要素N2、及び入力軸と連結される第3回転要素N3を有する第1遊星ギヤセットPG1と、出力軸上に配置され第2モータ/ゼネレータMG2と連結される第4回転要素N4、第2回転要素と外接ギヤTF1を通じて連結されると共に出力軸と連結される第5回転要素N5、及び第1回転要素に第2クラッチCL2及び外接ギヤTF2を通じて連結されると共に変速機ハウジングHにブレーキBKを介して連結される第6回転要素N6を有する第2遊星ギヤセットPG2と、を含む。

Claims (20)
- エンジンの動力の伝達を受ける入力軸と、
前記入力軸と一定の間隔をおいて平行に配置される出力軸と、
前記入力軸上に配置されており、第1モータ/ゼネレータと連結される第1回転要素、出力要素として作動する第2回転要素、および、前記入力軸と直接連結される第3回転要素、を保有する第1遊星ギヤセットと、
前記出力軸上に配置されており、第2モータ/ゼネレータと連結される第4回転要素、前記第2回転要素と外接ギヤを通じて直接連結されると同時に出力軸と連結される第5回転要素、および、選択的に前記第1回転要素と外接ギヤを通じて連結されると同時に変速機ハウジングに選択的に連結される第6回転要素、を保有する第2遊星ギヤセットと、
前記第2遊星ギヤセットの3つの回転要素のうちの2つの回転要素を選択的に連結する直結手段と、
前記第1遊星ギヤセットの2つの回転要素と前記第2遊星ギヤセットの2つの回転要素をそれぞれ連結する前記外接ギヤを形成する複数のトランスファギヤと、
選択された回転要素を選択されたトランスファギヤに選択的に連結するか、選択された回転要素を変速機ハウジングと選択的に連結する複数の摩擦要素と、
を含んでなることを特徴とするハイブリッド自動車の動力伝達装置。 - 前記第1遊星ギヤセットはシングルピニオン遊星ギヤセットであって、第1回転要素は第1サンギヤ、第2回転要素は第1遊星キャリア、第3回転要素は第1リングギヤに設定され、
前記第2遊星ギヤセットはシングルピニオン遊星ギヤセットであって、第4回転要素は第2サンギヤ、第5回転要素は第2遊星キャリア、第6回転要素は第2リングギヤに設定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド自動車の動力伝達装置。 - 前記第1遊星ギヤセットはダブルピニオン遊星ギヤセットであって、第1回転要素は第1サンギヤ、第2回転要素は第1リングギヤ、第3回転要素は第1遊星キャリアに設定され、
前記第2遊星ギヤセットはシングルピニオン遊星ギヤセットであって、第4回転要素は第2サンギヤ、第5回転要素は第2遊星キャリア、第6回転要素は第2リングギヤに設定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド自動車の動力伝達装置。 - 前記第1遊星ギヤセットはシングルピニオン遊星ギヤセットであって、第1回転要素は第1サンギヤ、第2回転要素は第1遊星キャリア、第3回転要素は第1リングギヤに設定され、
前記第2遊星ギヤセットはダブルピニオン遊星ギヤセットであって、第4回転要素は第2サンギヤ、第5回転要素は第2リングギヤ、第6回転要素は第2遊星キャリアに設定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド自動車の動力伝達装置。 - 前記直結手段は、第4回転要素と第6回転要素の間に配置される第1クラッチからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド自動車の動力伝達装置。
- 前記直結手段は、第4回転要素と第5回転要素の間に配置される第1クラッチからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド自動車の動力伝達装置。
- 前記直結手段は、第5回転要素と第6回転要素の間に配置される第1クラッチからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド自動車の動力伝達装置。
- 前記複数のトランスファギヤは、
第2回転要素と第5回転要素の間に配置される第1トランスファギヤと、
第1回転要素と第6回転要素の間に配置される第2トランスファギヤと、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド自動車の動力伝達装置。 - 前記複数の摩擦要素は、
第6回転要素と変速機ハウジングの間に配置されるブレーキと、
第1回転要素と第2トランスファギヤの間に配置される第2クラッチと、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド自動車の動力伝達装置。 - 前記複数の摩擦要素は、
前記第6回転要素と変速機ハウジングの間に配置されるブレーキと、
前記第6回転要素と第2トランスファギヤの間に配置される第2クラッチと、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド自動車の動力伝達装置。 - 前記直結手段は第1クラッチを含み、前記複数の摩擦要素はブレーキおよび第2クラッチを含み、
第1EVモードではブレーキが作動し、
第2EVモードでは第1クラッチが作動し、
第1ハイブリッド入力分岐モードではブレーキが作動し、
第2ハイブリッド入力分岐モードでは第1クラッチが作動し、
ハイブリッド複合分岐モードでは第2クラッチが作動し、
第1エンジンモードでは第2クラッチとブレーキが同時に作動し、
第2エンジンモードでは第1クラッチと第2クラッチが同時に作動することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド自動車の動力伝達装置。 - エンジンの動力の伝達を受ける入力軸と、
前記入力軸と一定の間隔をおいて平行に配置される出力軸と、
前記入力軸上に配置されており、第1モータ/ゼネレータと連結される第1回転要素、第2回転要素、および、前記入力軸と直接連結される第3回転要素、を保有する第1遊星ギヤセットと、
前記出力軸上に配置されており、第2モータ/ゼネレータと連結される第4回転要素、前記第2回転要素と連結されると同時に出力軸と連結される第5回転要素、および、前記第1回転要素と連結されると同時に、変速機ハウジングに選択的に連結される第6回転要素、を保有する第2遊星ギヤセットと、
前記第2遊星ギヤセットの3つの回転要素のうちの2つの回転要素を選択的に連結する第1クラッチと、
前記第2回転要素と第5回転要素の間に配置される第1トランスファギヤと、
前記第1回転要素と第6回転要素の間に配置される第2トランスファギヤと、
ブレーキおよび第2クラッチを含む複数の摩擦要素と、
を含むことを特徴とするハイブリッド自動車の動力伝達装置。 - 前記第1遊星ギヤセットはシングルピニオン遊星ギヤセットであって、第1回転要素は第1サンギヤ、第2回転要素は第1遊星キャリア、第3回転要素は第1リングギヤに設定され、
前記第2遊星ギヤセットはシングルピニオン遊星ギヤセットであって、第4回転要素は第2サンギヤ、第5回転要素は第2遊星キャリア、第6回転要素は第2リングギヤに設定されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のハイブリッド自動車の動力伝達装置。 - 前記第1遊星ギヤセットはダブルピニオン遊星ギヤセットであって、第1回転要素は第1サンギヤ、第2回転要素は第1リングギヤ、第3回転要素は第1遊星キャリアに設定され、
前記第2遊星ギヤセットはシングルピニオン遊星ギヤセットであって、第4回転要素は第2サンギヤ、第5回転要素は第2遊星キャリア、第6回転要素は第2リングギヤに設定されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のハイブリッド自動車の動力伝達装置。 - 前記第1遊星ギヤセットはシングルピニオン遊星ギヤセットであって、第1回転要素は第1サンギヤ、第2回転要素は第1遊星キャリア、第3回転要素は第1リングギヤに設定され、
前記第2遊星ギヤセットはダブルピニオン遊星ギヤセットであって、第4回転要素は第2サンギヤ、第5回転要素は第2リングギヤ、第6回転要素は第2遊星キャリアに設定されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のハイブリッド自動車の動力伝達装置。 - 前記第1クラッチは、第4回転要素と第6回転要素の間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のハイブリッド自動車の動力伝達装置。
- 前記第1クラッチは、第4回転要素と第5回転要素の間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のハイブリッド自動車の動力伝達装置。
- 前記第1クラッチは、第5回転要素と第6回転要素の間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のハイブリッド自動車の動力伝達装置。
- 前記複数の摩擦要素は、
第6回転要素と変速機ハウジングの間に配置されるブレーキと、
第1回転要素と第2トランスファギヤの間に配置される第2クラッチと、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項12に記載のハイブリッド自動車の動力伝達装置。 - 前記複数の摩擦要素は、
前記第6回転要素と変速機ハウジングの間に配置されるブレーキと、
前記第6回転要素と第2トランスファギヤの間に配置される第2クラッチと、
