Abstract
【解決手段】フロントシート、バックシート、および、フロントシートとバックシートとのあいだに設けられる光電子装置を含むモジュール構造を開示する。第一封止層は、光電子装置とフロントシートとのあいだに設けられる。バックシートは、水素添加スチレン系エラストマー樹脂層およびポリオレフィン層を含む積層構造であり、水素添加スチレン系エラストマー樹脂層は、光電子装置とポリオレフィン層とのあいだに設けられる。

Description
100kgの水素添加スチレン系エラストマー樹脂(LS611、Asahi Chemical社、メルトインデックス5.4g/10min)および9kgの酸化チタン(R706、Dupont社)を、二軸スクリューブレンダーによりブレンド、および、ペレット化した。
実施例2は、実施例1と同様に、ただし、ポリプロピレンK8002の代わりにポリプロピレンK8009(Formosa Chemicals&Fiber Corp.、メルトインデックス7.5g/10min)を用いて行われた。その他のバックシートの組成および製造方法は実施例1と同様であった。本実施例により得られたバックシートの物理的特性が表1に示されている。
実施例3は、実施例1と同様に、ただし、ポリプロピレンK8002の代わりにポリプロピレンYUNGSOX(登録商標)2100M(Formosa plastics Co.、メルトインデックス7.5g/10min)を用いて行われた。その他のバックシートの組成および製造方法は実施例1と同様であった。本実施例により得られたバックシートの物理的特性を表1に示す。
市販のバックシート(Protekt(登録商標) HD、Madico社、13μmのProtekt(登録商標)コーティング/127μmのPET/接着層/100μmのEVAの四層構造)の物理的特性を表1に示す。
市販のバックシート(Icosolar(登録商標) AAA 3554、ISOVOLTAIC社、ポリアミド/ポリアミド/ポリアミドの三層構造)の物理的特性を表1に示す。
市販のバックシート(Icosolar(登録商標) APA 3552、ISOVOLTAIC社、ポリアミド/PET/ポリアミドの三層構造)の物理的特性を表1に示す。

実施例5は、実施例4と同様に行われたが、水素添加スチレン系エラストマー樹脂/酸化チタン膜、ポリプロピレン(YUNGSOX(登録商標)2100)/酸化チタン膜、および、ポリプロピレン(K8009)/酸化チタン膜のそれぞれの膜厚が、実施例4と異なっている。本実施例5で得られたバックシートの総厚は約0.581mmであった。本実施例により得られたバックシートの物理的特性が表2に示されている。

- フロントシートと、
前記フロントシートの反対側に設けられるバックシートと、
前記フロントシートと前記バックシートとのあいだに設けられる光電子装置と、
前記光電子装置と前記フロントシートとのあいだに設けられる第一封止層と、
を含むモジュール構造であって、
前記バックシートが、水素添加スチレン系エラストマー樹脂層およびポリオレフィン層を含む積層構造であり、前記水素添加スチレン系エラストマー樹脂層が、前記光電子装置と前記ポリオレフィン層とのあいだに設けられることを特徴とするモジュール構造。 - 前記水素添加スチレン系エラストマー樹脂層が、水素添加ポリ(スチレン−b−イソプレン)、水素添加ポリ(スチレン−b−イソプレン−b−スチレン)、水素添加ポリ(スチレン−b−ブタジエン−b−スチレン)、水素添加ポリ(スチレン−b−イソプレン/ブタジエン−b−スチレン)、または、水素添加ポリスチレンブロックおよびビニル結合に富んだポリイソプレンブロックを含むエラストマーを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモジュール構造。
- 前記水素添加スチレン系エラストマー樹脂層が、10重量%〜35重量%のポリスチレンブロックを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモジュール構造。
- 前記水素添加スチレン系エラストマー樹脂層が、1.0g/10min〜8.0g/10minであるメルトインデックスを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモジュール構造。
- 前記第一封止層が、エチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモジュール構造。
- 前記ポリオレフィン層が、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、エチレンプロピレン共重合体、または、それらの組み合わせを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモジュール構造。
- 前記ポリオレフィン層が、多層構造であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモジュール構造。
- 前記ポリオレフィン層が、1.0g/10min〜8.0g/10minであるメルトインデックスを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモジュール構造。
- 前記水素添加スチレン系エラストマー樹脂層の厚さが150μm〜300μmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモジュール構造。
