[防腐力試験]
前記で作製したローション、クレンジング、パックを検体として用いて防腐力試験を行った。検体20gを3本の減菌バイアル瓶にとり、以下の試験菌液1〜3をそれぞれに1%量(0.2ml)接種した。試験菌液1,2を接種した検体は30℃、試験菌液3を接種した検体は25℃で保存し、7日後、14日後、21日後に生菌数の測定を行った。
生菌数の測定は、細菌については、SCDLP寒天培地混釈法による。真菌については、GPLP寒天培地混釈法による。評価結果を表1〜表3に示した。表1には、防腐力試験前の検体中の菌数値を示した。表2には、接種菌数を示した。表3には、接種後検体の菌数経時変化を示した。
