Description
The present invention relates to skin cosmetics used for moisturizing the skin of the face, body, etc.
The water commonly used in skin cosmetics is ion-exchanged water, which is primarily tap water collected from rivers and purified, and impurities such as metal ions are removed using ion-exchange resins. The components removed by the ion exchange resin may include natural moisturizing factors (NMF) such as calcium ions and magnesium ions. NMF plays an important role in maintaining healthy skin, and in addition to mineral salts such as calcium ions and magnesium ions, NMF plays an important role in maintaining healthy skin.In addition to mineral salts such as calcium ions and magnesium ions, NMF also contains amino acids, organic acids such as pyrrolidone carboxylic acid (and its salts), urea, and lactic acid (and its salts). It is known that when the amount of NMF contained in the stratum corneum decreases, the moisturizing function decreases and the skin tends to become dry.
The fact that mineral salts such as calcium ions and magnesium ions are effective in moisturizing the skin is widely recognized in cosmetics using sea mud rich in mineral salts (Patent Document 1). A clay pack containing clay minerals is known as a dosage form that effectively utilizes mineral salts. However, when mineral salts (particularly divalent or higher valent mineral salts) are blended into aqueous skin cosmetics, substances dissolved in water may be combined with each other, producing substances insoluble in water. Therefore, when natural water rich in mineral salts is used in skin cosmetics, the mineral salts contained in the natural water may cause the generation of insoluble matter. Insoluble matter generated in skin cosmetics not only deteriorates the appearance due to precipitation etc., but also causes roughness during application, which may impair the smooth application feeling.
The term "smooth application feeling" refers to a smooth feeling that does not feel rough or creaky when applied to the skin. In order to feel a smooth application, it is important to reduce roughness and squeaks caused by cosmetics, as well as to improve the texture of the skin. If your skin is rough and uneven, it will be difficult to feel a smooth application, whereas if your skin is finely textured and has a smooth surface, it will be easy to feel a smooth application. When skin roughness occurs due to stress or external stimulation, the skin texture becomes rough, so it is important to prevent skin roughness in order to improve the texture, and anti-inflammatory ingredients are known as ingredients that prevent skin roughness.
As anti-inflammatory ingredients, allantoin, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, tranexamic acid, and niacinamide are widely used in cosmetics. These components are water-soluble solids, and their prevention is a challenge because they precipitate in cosmetics due to storage temperatures such as low or high temperatures, evaporation of water, etc. Various solutions to these problems are known in compositions containing ion-exchanged water, as described in the compositions of Patent Documents 2 to 5. On the other hand, there is no known method for suppressing the precipitation of allantoin, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, tranexamic acid, and niacinamide in cosmetics containing natural water. In cosmetics containing natural water, mineral salts contained in the natural water may promote the precipitation of allantoin, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, tranexamic acid, and niacinamide. When these components precipitated, the appearance of the cosmetic deteriorated and the cosmetic did not have a smooth feel when applied.
The smooth application feeling is affected not only by skin conditions such as texture, but also by whether or not the cosmetic is applied to the skin. In other words, there may be a difference in the application feel on skin to which no cosmetic has been applied and the application feeling to skin to which cosmetic has been applied. In general skin care, a combination of lotion, milky lotion, serum, cream, etc. is used, or all-in-one cosmetics are used for the purpose of shortening skin care time or reducing the number of skin care items used. However, applying these cosmetics only once may not provide sufficient moisturizing effect. Therefore, in order to enhance the moisturizing effect, cosmetics are sometimes used by applying them once and then applying them again. When applying multiple coats in this way, the first coat will give a smooth feel, but the second coat may feel sticky due to the cosmetics that have already been applied. There was a desire for cosmetics with small differences in texture.
The current situation is that a skin cosmetic that contains natural water and solid anti-inflammatory ingredients, has excellent storage stability and a smooth feel when applied, and has little difference in feeling when applied over multiple coats has not yet been developed. In contrast, the purpose of the present invention is to provide a skin cosmetic that contains natural water and solid anti-inflammatory ingredients, has excellent storage stability and a smooth feel when applied, and provides the same feeling of use as the first time even when reapplied. The aim is to provide fees.
In order to solve the above problems, the present inventors conducted extensive research and found that by simply adding a specific alcohol and an acidic mucopolysaccharide to a cosmetic product that contains crystalline anti-inflammatory ingredients in natural water of a specific hardness, The inventors have also found that the coating has excellent storage stability and smooth feel during application, and that the feeling of use remains almost the same even after repeated coatings.After further study, the present invention was completed.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below.
The present invention relates to a skin cosmetic containing the above-mentioned component (A), component (B), component (C) and component (D) in a specific ratio (hereinafter also referred to as the skin cosmetic of the present invention).
In the present invention, "skin cosmetics" refers to cosmetics that are applied by directly or indirectly applying or spraying on the skin, and specifically include basic cosmetics such as lotions, milky lotions, creams, foundations, etc. Examples include finishing (makeup) cosmetics, fragrance cosmetics, and medicinal cosmetics (quasi-drugs). Among these, basic cosmetics and medicated cosmetics for keeping the skin clean and healthy are preferred.
In addition, in this specification, the numerical range defined using the symbol "~" shall include the numerical values at both ends (upper limit and lower limit) of "~". For example, "2-5" represents 2 or more and 5 or less.
<Component (A): Natural water with hardness of 10 to 200 mg/L>
Component (A) used in the present invention is natural water with a hardness of 10 mg/L to 200 mg/L calculated from the content of calcium salts and magnesium salts.
Natural water is not particularly limited as long as it has the above-mentioned specific hardness, and includes, for example, shallow well water, deep well water, and water classified under ``2. Examples include well water, spring water, mineral spring water, hot spring water, underground water, and mineral water. These natural waters may be used alone or in combination of two or more. Further, these natural waters may be used as they are, or may be subjected to filter sterilization, heat sterilization, ozone sterilization, ultraviolet sterilization, etc. after being sampled.
Hardness in the present invention is calculated by converting the amount of calcium and magnesium into the amount of calcium carbonate (CaCO 3 ), expressed in [mg/L], and can be calculated using the following simple formula (2). (Atomic weight: Ca=40, Mg=24.3, molecular weight: CaCO 3 =100).
Hardness [mg/L] = (Calcium amount [mg/L] x 2.5) + (Magnesium amount [mg/L] x 4.1)... (2)
In the present invention, component (A) has a hardness calculated from the above formula (2) within the range of 10 mg/L to 200 mg/L, preferably 15 mg/L to 150 mg/L, and more preferably It is 20 mg/L to 100 mg/L. If the hardness is less than 10 mg/L, the smooth feel during application may be insufficient, or there may be a large difference in the feel upon repeated application. If the hardness exceeds 200 mg/L, the stability at low and high temperatures may decrease, and the smooth feel during application may be insufficient.
Note that the difference in the feeling of use refers to the difference in the feeling of smoothness and non-stickiness compared to when the product is first applied to the skin. Therefore, a small difference in feel means that the rate of change in feel is small (almost the same) compared to when it is applied for the first time, and a large difference in feel means that compared to when it is applied for the first time. This means that the rate of change in feel is large (decrease in smooth feel and increase in stickiness).
The content of component (A) is 10 to 98% by mass, preferably 20 to 95% by mass, and more preferably 30 to 90% by mass, based on the total amount of the skin cosmetic. If the content of component (A) is less than 10% by mass, the smooth feel upon application may be insufficient, or the difference in feel upon repeated application may be large. If the content of component (A) exceeds 98% by mass, no effect commensurate with the amount blended will be obtained.
<Component (B): Crystalline solid having a solubility in water of 0.5% or more at 25°C and having an anti-inflammatory effect>
