Abstract
【解決手段】使用者保持装置により保持された使用者の生理学的信号を力変換器からの信号を使用して使用者の生理学的パラメータを決定する。力変換器は、それらに作用する体重を示す信号を伝達するために、制御装置と交信している。制御装置は、力変換器から受信した信号からの血液量パルス情報を決定する。心拍数および呼吸数の情報が、血液量パルス情報から導き出される。

Description
別の実施形態では、ロードセルのデータを正規化するその他任意の方法を使用しうる。さらに別の実施形態では、作業106でのブラインド信号源分離に未加工のロードセルのデータが使用でき、作業104は実施されない。
この実施形態でのICAの目的は、下記の方程式3に示す分離行列Wを決定することであり、これは元の混合行列Aの逆数を近似するものであり、その出力は基本的源信号を含む行列x(t)の推定である。一つの実施形態では、独立した信号源を明らかにするそれぞれの信号源の非ガウス性を測定する費用関数を最大化または最小化するために反復的方法が使用される。この実施形態では、ICA分析は、固有行列の同時近似対角化(JADE)アルゴリズムに基づく。
作業106でのブラインド信号源分離ICA分析は、主にBVPを原因とするロードセル信号変動から分離するよう構成される。一つの実施形態では、ロードセル36から受信したデータは、パーカッション/バイブレーション セラピーおよび/またはマットレス28の膨張および収縮、および/または使用者保持装置10の任意のモーターの動作を含むがこれに限定されないマットレス28および/または使用者保持装置10の動作を含み、またブラインド信号源分離ICA分析は、これらの源信号を分離するように構成されている。一つの代替的な実施形態では、マットレス28および/または使用者保持装置10の動作を示す信号の成分の識別は、マットレスおよび/または使用者保持装置10の動作の特性を識別するために事前に決定された情報により支援される。
Claims (30)
- システムであって、
使用者保持装置と、
前記使用者保持装置に取り付けられるように構成された、少なくとも2台の力変換器であって、前記少なくとも2台の力変換器が、前記少なくとも2台の力変換器に作用する力を示す信号を生成するように構成されている力変換器と、
前記少なくとも2台の力変換器からの信号を受信するように構成されたプロセッサを備える制御装置であって、前記制御装置が前記少なくとも2台の力変換器から受信した信号を処理して血液量パルス情報を決定するように構成された前記制御装置と、
を備えるシステム。 - メモリをさらに備え、前記メモリが前記少なくとも2台の力変換器から受信した信号および処理済みの信号のうち少なくとも一つの信号を保存するように構成されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- リモートプロセッサを備える遠隔制御装置をさらに備え、前記遠隔制御装置が前記制御装置と交信する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記制御装置と交信するユーザーインターフェースをさらに備え、前記ユーザーインターフェースが前記制御装置から受信したメッセージを表示するよう構成されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記ユーザーインターフェースが、音声信号を出力するよう構成された音声出力をさらに備える、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記制御装置が、前記血液量パルス情報から心拍数を決定するように構成された、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記制御装置が、前記血液量パルス情報から呼吸数を決定するように構成された、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記制御装置が、前記少なくとも2台の力変換器から受信された信号から、前記使用者保持装置の少なくとも一つの動作の効果を正規化するよう構成されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 使用者保持装置であって、
使用者を支えるように構成されたマットレスと、
前記少なくとも2台の力変換器に作用する前記マットレスにより保持される使用者の体重の成分を示す信号を生成するように構成された少なくとも2台の力変換器と、
前記少なくとも2台の力変換器からの信号を受信するように構成されたプロセッサであって、前記制御装置が前記少なくとも2台の力変換器から受信した信号を処理して血液量パルス情報を決定するように構成されている制御装置と、
を備える使用者保持装置。 - リモートプロセッサを備える遠隔制御装置をさらに備え、前記遠隔制御装置が前記制御装置と交信する、請求項9に記載の使用者保持装置。
- 前記制御装置と交信するユーザーインターフェースをさらに備え、前記ユーザーインターフェースが前記制御装置から受信した情報を表示するよう構成されたディスプレイを備える、請求項9に記載の使用者保持装置。
- 前記制御装置が、前記少なくとも2台の力変換器から受信された信号から、前記マットレスの少なくとも一つの動作の効果を正規化するよう構成されている、請求項9に記載の使用者保持装置。
- 前記制御装置が、前記血液量パルス情報から心拍数を決定するように構成された、請求項9に記載の使用者保持装置。
- 前記制御装置が、前記血液量パルス情報から呼吸数を決定するように構成された、請求項9に記載の使用者保持装置。
- 使用者保持装置と併用するための生理学的信号検出システムであって、
前記少なくとも2台の力変換器により保持される体重に応じて信号を生成するように構成された、少なくとも2台の力変換器と、
前記少なくとも2台の力変換器からの信号を受信するように構成されたプロセッサであって、前記制御装置が前記少なくとも2台の力変換器から受信した信号を処理して血液量パルス情報を決定するように構成されている制御装置と、
を備える使用者保持装置。 - 前記制御装置が、前記血液量パルス情報から心拍数を決定するように構成された、請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 心拍数を表示するように構成されたディスプレイ装置をさらに備える、請求項16に記載のシステム。
- 前記制御装置が、前記血液量パルス情報から呼吸数を決定するように構成された、請求項15に記載のシステム。

使用者保持装置と、
前記使用者保持装置に作用する体重の成分を示す信号を生成する手段と、
前記使用者保持装置に作用する体重の成分を示す前記信号から血液量パルス情報を決定する手段と、
を備えるシステム。 - 前記血液量パルス情報から導き出された心拍数を表示する手段をさらに備える、請求項20に記載のシステム。
- 前記血液量パルス情報から導き出された呼吸数を表示する手段をさらに備える、請求項20に記載のシステム。
- 使用者保持装置により保持された使用者の生理学的信号を検出する方法であって、
少なくとも2台の力変換器を使用して、前記使用者保持装置に作用する力の成分を示す信号を生成する手順と、
前記信号を制御装置に伝送する手順と、
前記使用者保持装置に作用する力の成分を示す信号を処理して血液量パルス情報を決定する手順と、
を含む方法。 - 前記血液量パルス情報から心拍数を決定する作業をさらに含む、請求項23に記載の方法。
