Abstract

Claims (15)
- バルブハウジング(20)が、吸気開口部(10)と蓄圧容器(S)に面する出口開口部(11)とを備えるバルブ室、可動のピストン(22)、および少なくとも1つのばね(23)を有している媒体用の蓄圧容器(S)のための遮断バルブであって、前記ピストン(22)が、少なくとも1つの軸方向の接続チャネル(14)を有し、かつ前記バルブ室に配置された少なくとも2つのシール要素(41、42)によって軸方向に移動可能な様相で案内され、前記バルブ室の入口領域(17)に面する前記ピストン(22)の第1のピストン有効表面(A1)と、シール体(21)または前記バルブハウジング(20)とが、バルブシートを形成し、第2のピストン有効表面(A2)に隣接する前記バルブ室の蓄圧領域(19)の圧力が変化することにより、前記ピストン(22)が軸方向に移動可能となり、前記吸気開口部(10)と前記出口開口部(11)との間に配置された通路開口部(13)を可逆に開閉することができ、加圧されていない状態においては、前記通路開口部(13)が、前記ばね(23)によって開いた状態に保たれることを特徴とする、遮断バルブ。
- 前記第1のピストン有効表面(A1)および前記シール体(21)が、前記ピストン(22)が閉位置にあるとき、前記第1のピストン有効表面(A1)の外縁の領域のシール縁(39)において封止効果が生じるように設計されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遮断バルブ。
- 前記吸気開口部(10)が、前記ピストン有効表面(A1)の径方向外側から前記バルブ室の前記入口領域(17)に開くことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遮断バルブ。
- 前記第2のピストン有効表面(A2)が、前記第1のピストン有効表面(A1)よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遮断バルブ。
- 前記少なくとも2つのシール要素(41、42)が、前記バルブハウジング(20)の対応する凹部に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遮断バルブ。
- 前記シール体(21)および/または前記ピストン(22)が、弾性変形可能な材料から製造されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遮断バルブ。
- 前記少なくとも2つのシール要素(41、42)の間の前記バルブ室の逃がし領域(18)が、逃がし開口部(12)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遮断バルブ。
- 前記逃がし開口部(12)が、発生媒体の廃棄のための管路に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の遮断バルブ。
- 前記遮断バルブの遮断圧が、前記ばね(23)のばね力および前記ピストン有効表面(A1、A2)によって実質的に決定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遮断バルブ。
- 前記ばね(23)のばね力が、カバー(24)のねじ込み深さによって調節可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遮断バルブ。
- スペーサ(25)が前記カバー(24)に設けられるか、あるいは対応する凹部が前記ピストン(22)の前記第2のピストン有効表面(A2)に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遮断バルブ。
- 前記バルブハウジング(20)が、前記出口開口部(11)を有する端部において、少なくとも部分的に前記蓄圧容器(S)の開口に突き出し、前記蓄圧容器(S)に恒久的に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遮断バルブ。
- 前記出口開口部(11)を、バルブ受けブロック(27)を介して、あるいは少なくとも1つの追加のバルブを有する蓄圧バルブブロック(50)を介して、蓄圧容器(S)に接続することができることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遮断バルブ。
- 前記圧力遮断バルブの遮断圧を上回る開放圧を有する圧力制御バルブ(36)が、前記出口領域(19)と前記逃がし領域(18)との間に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遮断バルブ。
- 少なくとも1つの蓄圧容器(S)と、前記蓄圧容器(S)に動作可能に接続された請求項1に記載の少なくとも1つの遮断バルブと、を備える車両用の蓄圧システム。
