Abstract
【解決手段】この乳酸発酵竹液22は、乳酸発酵竹粉1に竹葉粉12と竹根粉13とpH7未満の酸性質植物37とを配合し水中で発酵させてエキスを抽出したものである。竹葉粉12は乳酸発酵竹粉1の90〜110重量%であり、竹根粉13は乳酸発酵竹粉1の30〜50重量%である。酸性質植物37はベリー類、柑橘類等の果実でもよい。また果実はブルーベリー、ボイセンベリー等のベリー類が適当である。

Claims (10)
- 乳酸発酵竹粉に添加物を配合し水中で二次発酵させて二次発酵エキスを抽出したことを特徴とする乳酸発酵竹液。
- 乳酸発酵竹粉に竹葉粉と竹根粉とpH7未満の酸性質植物とを配合し水中で発酵させてエキスを抽出したことを特徴とする乳酸発酵竹液。
- 前記竹葉粉は前記乳酸発酵竹粉の90〜110重量%であり、前記竹根粉は前記乳酸発酵竹粉の30〜50重量%であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の乳酸発酵竹液。
- 前記酸性質植物はベリー類、柑橘類等の果実であることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の乳酸発酵竹液。
- 前記果実はブルーベリー、ボイセンベリー等のベリー類であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の乳酸発酵竹液。
- 前記ベリー類は前記乳酸発酵竹粉、前記竹葉粉及び前記竹根粉の総重量の3重量%以下であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の乳酸発酵竹液。
- 竹粉を一次乳酸発酵させた乳酸発酵竹粉に竹葉粉と竹根粉とpH7未満の酸性質植物とを配合し、この配合後の乳酸発酵竹粉を水中に浸漬して二次発酵させてエキスを抽出することを特徴とする乳酸発酵竹液の製造方法。
- 前記一次乳酸発酵を真空下で行うことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の乳酸発酵竹液の製造方法。
- 前記竹葉粉、前記竹根粉及び酸性質植物を配合した乳酸発酵竹粉を浸漬容器内の水中に浸漬した後、該浸漬容器内の空気を不活性ガスに置換して二次発酵を行うことを特徴とする請求項7又は8に記載の乳酸発酵竹液の製造方法。
- エキスの抽出後にオートクレーブ滅菌を行うことを特徴とする請求項7〜9の何れかに記載の乳酸発酵竹液の製造方法。
