Abstract
【解決手段】エンジンシステム(100)は、排ガス経路(31)内に触媒6が配置されたエンジン10を有するエンジンシステムであって、エンジン10が起動されると、冷態状態において排ガスから結露して排ガス経路(31)内に滞留する凝縮水に、触媒6が浸されているか否かを判定する判定器81aと、触媒6が凝縮水に浸されていると判定される場合に、排出運転時間Teが必要時間を超えるように、エンジン10の運転を継続させる運転継続器81bと、を備えている。

Claims (2)
- 排ガス経路内に触媒が配置されたエンジンを有するエンジンシステムであって、
エンジンが起動されると、冷態状態において排ガスから結露して排ガス経路内に滞留する凝縮水に、触媒が浸されているか否かを判定する判定器と、
触媒が凝縮水に浸されていると判定される場合に、排出運転時間が必要時間を超えるように、エンジンの運転を継続させる運転継続器と、を備えており、
排出運転時間は、エンジンの運転時間であって、単一の連続運転時間、又は暖態状態の停止時間を除いて連続する複数の運転時間の合計であり、
暖態状態は、排ガス経路の温度が上昇して凝縮水の発生が抑制されている状態を示しており、
必要時間は、排ガス経路内に滞留する凝縮水を完全に蒸発させるのに必要な排出運転時間として設定されている、エンジンシステム。 - 判定器は、冷態発停の連続回数が所定回数を超える場合に、触媒が凝縮水に浸されていると判定するように構成されており、
冷態発停は、エンジンが冷態状態で起動して必要時間以内に停止することを示している、請求項1に記載のエンジンシステム。
