【解決手段】油で汚染された土に竹チップを混合することにより、油汚染土中の油分解菌を活性化させて油汚染土における油分の分解を促進させ、もって油汚染土の無害化を迅速に図ることができる。

- 油汚染土における油分の分解を促進する油分解促進材であって、
竹チップを含有することを特徴とする油分解促進材。 - 窒素及びリンをさらに含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の油分解促進材。
- 油汚染土を浄化する方法であって、
請求項1に記載の油分解促進材を用いることを特徴とする方法。 - 窒素及びリンをさらに用いることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
