Abstract
【解決手段】絶縁トランスのリーケージインダクタンスとコンデンサCとにより形成した直列共振回路と、他励発振動作する駆動制御回路により駆動されて直流入力電圧Vinを直列共振回路に印加する第1のスイッチング素子Q1と、直列共振回路に並列接続され第1のスイッチング素子のオフ時に前記絶縁トランスの補助巻線P2に生起される電圧にて導通駆動される第2のスイッチング素子Q2とを備え、特に絶縁トランスの三次巻線P3に生起される電圧の極性反転を検出して巻線検出信号を出力する巻線検出回路に設定する巻線閾値電圧VWthを、直流入力電圧Vinに応じて変化させて前記第1のスイッチング素子Q1のターンオン・タイミングを適正設定する閾値設定回路を設けたことを特徴とする。

Description
前記駆動制御回路を、前記出力回路の出力電圧に応じたパルス幅の出力制御信号を生成する出力制御回路と、前記絶縁トランスの三次巻線P3に生起される電圧を巻線閾値電圧VWthと比較して巻線検出信号VWを出力する巻線検出回路と、前記巻線検出信号と前記出力制御信号とに従って、パルス幅制御された前記第1のスイッチング素子の駆動信号を生成する駆動信号生成回路とにより構成し、
特に前記駆動制御回路に、前記直列共振回路に加えられる直流入力電圧Vinに応じて前記巻線検出回路に設定する巻線閾値電圧VWthを変化させて前記第1のスイッチング素子Q1のターンオン・タイミングを調整する閾値設定回路を設けたことを特徴としている。

Claims (4)
- 直流電圧源にコンデンサを介して絶縁トランスの一次巻線を接続して該絶縁トランスのリーケージインダクタンスと前記コンデンサとにより形成した直列共振回路と、
他励発振動作する駆動制御回路により駆動され、導通動作時に前記直流電圧源からの直流入力電圧を前記直列共振回路に印加する第1のスイッチング素子と、
前記直列共振回路に並列接続され、前記第1のスイッチング素子のオフ時に前記絶縁トランスの補助巻線に生起される電圧にて導通駆動されて前記直列共振回路の電流路を形成する第2のスイッチング素子と、
前記絶縁トランスの二次巻線側に生起された電力を整流・平滑化して出力する出力回路とを備え、
前記駆動制御回路は、前記出力回路の出力電圧に応じたパルス幅の出力制御信号を生成する出力制御回路と、
前記絶縁トランスの三次巻線に生起される電圧を巻線閾値電圧と比較して巻線検出信号を出力する巻線検出回路と、
前記巻線検出信号と前記出力制御信号とに従って、前記第1のスイッチング素子を駆動するパルス幅制御された駆動信号を生成する駆動回路と、
前記直列共振回路に加えられる直流入力電圧に応じて前記巻線検出回路に設定する巻線閾値電圧を変化させて前記第1のスイッチング素子のターンオン・タイミングを調整する閾値設定回路と
を具備したことを特徴とするスイッチング電源装置。 - 前記駆動回路は、前記巻線検出信号の立ち上がりをオントリガーとし、前記出力制御信号の立ち上がりをオフトリガーとするパルス幅の駆動信号を生成するものである請求項1に記載のスイッチング電源装置。
- 前記閾値設定回路は、前記直流入力電圧が予め設定した閾値電圧よりも高いときには前記巻線閾値電圧を高く設定し、前記直流入力電圧が前記閾値電圧よりも低いときには前記巻線閾値電圧を低く設定するものである請求項1に記載のスイッチング電源装置。
- 前記閾値設定回路は、前記直流入力電圧と予め設定した閾値電圧との比較結果に応じてアナログスイッチを切り替えて、予め設定した複数の巻線閾値電圧の中の一つを前記巻線検出回路に選択設定するものである請求項1に記載のスイッチング電源装置。
