Abstract
【解決手段】TFT基板100側にカラーフィルタ102、対向電極103、層間絶縁膜104、画素電極106、配向膜107が形成され、液晶層150を挟んで、対向基板200が配置された液晶表示装置において、前記画素電極106と前記層間絶縁膜104の間にはSi半導体層105が形成されている。バックライトからの光がカラーフィルタ102によって吸収され、配向膜107に光が十分届かなくとも、配向膜107の下に形成されたSi半導体層105によって、配向膜107に蓄積した電界を早期に画素電極106に逃がすことが出来、これによって、残像を早期に消失させることが出来る。

Claims (6)
- TFT基板側にカラーフィルタ、対向電極、層間絶縁膜、画素電極、配向膜が形成され、液晶層を挟んで、対向基板が配置された液晶表示装置において、
前記画素電極と前記層間絶縁膜の間にはSi半導体層が形成されていることを特徴とする液晶表示装置。 - TFT基板側にカラーフィルタ、対向電極、層間絶縁膜、画素電極、配向膜が形成され、液晶層を挟んで、対向基板が配置された液晶表示装置において、
前記画素電極と前記配向膜の間にはSi半導体層が形成されていることを特徴とする液晶表示装置。 - TFT基板側に対向電極、層間絶縁膜、画素電極、配向膜が形成され、液晶層を挟んで、カラーフィルタが形成された対向基板が配置された液晶表示装置において、
前記画素電極と前記層間絶縁膜の間にはSi半導体層が形成されていることを特徴とする液晶表示装置。 - TFT基板側に対向電極、層間絶縁膜、画素電極、配向膜が形成され、液晶層を挟んで、カラーフィルタが形成された対向基板が配置された液晶表示装置において、
前記画素電極と前記配向膜の間にはSi半導体層が形成されていることを特徴とする液晶表示装置。 - 前記Si半導体層はa−Siであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記Si半導体層の厚さは5nm〜100nmであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の液晶表示装置。
