Abstract
【解決手段】互いに平行に敷設される一対の案内軌道2A,2Bと、案内軌道に対して2基以上組み付けられると共に案内軌道に沿って移動自在な複数の移動ブロック3A〜3Fと、これら移動ブロックに固定された可動体41とを備えた移動ユニットであり、各案内軌道は長手方向に沿って案内面が形成された複数の軌道レール21を直列に配置して設けられる一方、移動ブロックは直列に配置された複数の軌道レールの継ぎ部隙間Lを通過しながら案内面を走行する接触子としてのボールを有している。いずれか1カ所の継ぎ部隙間上に移動ブロックが位置している際に、他の継ぎ部隙間上には移動ブロックが位置しないように構成されている。

Claims (3)
- 固定部に対して互いに平行に敷設される一対の案内軌道と、各案内軌道に対して少なくとも2基以上組み付けられると共に当該案内軌道に沿って移動自在な複数の移動ブロックと、これら移動ブロックに固定されて前記固定部上を移動自在な可動体と、を備え、
各案内軌道は長手方向に沿って案内面が形成された複数の軌道レールをその端部同士を接続して直列に配置して設けられる一方、前記移動ブロックは直列に配置された複数の軌道レールの継ぎ部隙間を通過しながら前記案内面を走行する接触子を有し、
前記一対の案内軌道に含まれる複数の継ぎ部隙間に関し、いずれか1カ所の継ぎ部隙間上に前記移動ブロックが位置している際に、他の継ぎ部隙間上には前記移動ブロックが位置していないことを特徴とする移動ユニット。 - 各軌道レール同士の継ぎ目隙間には前記接触子の直径よりも大きな隙間が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の移動ユニット。
- 各軌道レールには長手方向に沿って所定の間隔で複数の固定孔が配列される一方、
前記可動体には前記案内軌道に対する前記可動体の移動を拘束する位置固定部材が設けられ、かかる位置固定部材は前記軌道レールのいずれかの固定孔に抜き差し自在な係止ピンを有していることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の移動ユニット。
