Abstract
車両用の管式スタビライザ、特に車両用のセミアクティブ又はアクティブなスタビライザのための管式スタビライザ半部が安価で、効果的かつ耐久性をもって製造可能な、管式スタビライザの製造方法を提供すること。
【解決手段】
管式スタビライザが、長手方向6において互いに異なる断面形状で製造されている管式スタビライザを製造する方法において、一定の断面形状を有する管がかしめ装置において少なくとも部分的に外部からかしめられ、このとき、該管の外径が減少されること、及び接続フランジ又はアクチュエータスリーブ3が、一部材で、かつ、材料統合的に、かしめ工程によって管式スタビライザ半部2において成形される。

Claims (10)
- 特にアクティブ又はセミアクティブな原動機付き車両用スタビライザのための管式スタビライザ半部(2)である管式スタビライザを製造する方法であって、前記管式スタビライザが、長手方向(6)において互いに異なる断面形状で製造されている前記方法において、
一定の断面形状を有する管(18)がかしめ装置(14)において少なくとも部分的に外部からかしめられ、このとき、該管(18)の外径(19)が減少されること、及び接続フランジ(11)又はアクチュエータスリーブ(3)が、一部材で、かつ、材料統合的(werkstoffeinheitlich)に、かしめ工程によって前記管式スタビライザ半部(2)において成形されることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記かしめ工程において壁厚(12)が増大されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記管(18)が前記かしめ装置(14)によって任意の送り分だけ変位され、特に送り速度が可変であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- かしめられる部分が、かしめ工程前に、特に前記かしめ装置(14)の手前に直接接続された誘導コイルによって加熱されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 前記管(18)の端部が前記かしめ装置(14)内へはめ込まれるとともに本来の状態に置かれ、前記管(18)の前記端部が内部において通過した後に前記かしめ工程を開始することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- かしめられた前記管式スタビライザがその中心長手軸に対して変形されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 変形工程中にダイインサート(20)が前記管(20)内へ挿入され、該ダイインサート(20)が、特に前記かしめ工程によって管内部外側面へ挿設された外部形状を有していることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記管(18)が、円形の初期形状からの前記かしめ工程によって、少なくとも部分的にだ円状、多角形状及び/又は長方形状の断面形状を備えて形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- ダイインサート(20)及びカウンタインサート(21)によって、前記壁厚(10)が前記かしめ工程を通して減少されることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記管式スタビライザが、前記かしめ工程及び/又はこれにつづく変形工程後に少なくとも部分的に硬化され、及び/又は焼入れされることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
