Claims (8)
- アクティブ又はセミアクティブな原動機付き車両用スタビライザのための管式スタビライザ半部(2)を製造する方法であって、前記管式スタビライザ半部(2)が、長手方向(6)において互いに異なる断面形状で製造されている前記方法において、
一定の断面形状を有する管(18)がスウェージング装置(14)において少なくとも部分的に外部からスウェージングされ、このとき、該管(18)の外径(19)が減少されること、接続フランジ(11)又はアクチュエータスリーブ(3)が、一部材で、かつ、材料統合的(werkstoffeinheitlich)にスウェージング工程によって前記管式スタビライザ半部(2)において成形されること、ダイインサート(20)及びカウンタインサート(21)によって、前記管(18)の壁厚(10)が前記スウェージング工程を通して減少されること、並びにスウェージングされる部分が、スウェージング工程前に、前記スウェージング装置(14)の手前に直接接続された誘導コイルによって加熱されることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記スウェージング工程において減少される前記壁厚(10)とは異なる前記管(18)における壁厚(12)が増大されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記管(18)が前記スウェージング装置(14)によって任意の送り分だけ変位され、送り速度が可変であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 前記管(18)の端部が前記スウェージング装置(14)内へはめ込まれるとともに本来の状態に置かれ、前記管(18)の前記端部が内部において通過した後に前記スウェージング工程を開始することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- スウェージングされた前記管式スタビライザ半部(2)がその中心長手軸に対して変形されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 変形工程中にダイインサート(20)が前記管(20)内へ挿入され、該ダイインサート(20)が、前記スウェージング工程によって管内部外側面へ挿設された外部形状を有していることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記管(18)が、円形の初期形状からの前記スウェージング工程によって、少なくとも部分的にだ円状、多角形状及び/又は長方形状の断面形状を備えて形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記管式スタビライザ半部(2)が、前記スウェージング工程及び/又はこれにつづく変形工程後に少なくとも部分的に硬化され、及び/又は焼入れされることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
