Abstract
【解決手段】加熱可能な導管を製造するための方法が、電気的に絶縁性の内側層1と第1の導電性の層2とを備えた二層の管を押出し成形するステップa)と、第1の導電性の層2の周りに螺旋状に少なくとも2つの導電体5,6を巻き付けるステップb)と、導電性の成形コンパウンドから成る第2の層3を、該第2の層3の厚さが0.1〜1.5mmとなるように押出し成形によって被着するステップd)と、電気的に絶縁性のプラスチック材料から成る外側の被覆層4を被着するステップe)とを有している。

・SCR管路に対して:3mm×1mm、4mm×1mm、5mm×1mm、8mm×1mmまたは12mm×1.5mm;
・ディーゼル管路に対して:6mm×1mm、8mm×1mm、10mm×1.5mmまたは25mm×2.5mm;
・車両に設けられた燃料電池へのガス供給のための管路:4mm×1mm、5mm×1mm、8mm×1mm、10mm×1mmまたは12mm×1.5mm:

Claims (11)
- 加熱可能な導管を製造するための方法において、該方法が、
電気的に絶縁性の内側層と第1の導電性の層とを備えた二層の管を押出し成形するステップa)と、
第1の導電性の層の周りに螺旋状に少なくとも2つの導電体を巻き付けるステップb)と、
導電性の成形コンパウンドから成る第2の層を、該第2の層の厚さが0.1〜1.5mmとなるように押出し成形によって被着するステップd)と、
電気的に絶縁性のプラスチック材料から成る外側の被覆層を被着するステップe)と
を有していることを特徴とする、加熱可能な導管を製造するための方法。 - ステップb)とステップd)との間に、巻成された導電体を備えた第1の導電性の層を加熱し、これによって、該第1の導電性の層を表面において軟化させ、導電体を押し込んで、第1の導電性の層内に結合するステップc)を実施する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 電気的に絶縁性の内側層が、単層であるかまたは複数の副層を有している、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 導電体が、線材、素線または帯材である、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 導電体が、0.1〜2mmの範囲内の太さもしくは厚さを有している、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- ステップd)の実施後、導電体が、管表面において波の山によって浮き出ている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 波の山が、0.1〜1.2mmの高さを有している、請求項6記載の方法。
- 第1・第2の導電性の層の成形コンパウンドが、伝導性煤、黒鉛粉末および/または黒鉛フィブリルを含有している、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 第1・第2の導電性の層の成形コンパウンドが、10−3〜1010Ωmの範囲内の比体積抵抗を有しており、該比体積抵抗が、104Ωm以上の範囲ではDIN IEC 60093に従って測定され、104Ωmを下回る範囲ではEN ISO 3915に従って測定される、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の方法により製造された加熱可能な導管。
- SCR管路、ディーゼル燃料に対する管路または燃料電池システムに用いられる管路を製造するための請求項10記載の加熱可能な導管の使用。
