Abstract
Una tubería de línea calentable, la cual puede ser utilizada, por ejemplo, como una línea SCR, es producida por medio de un método que comprende los pasos siguientes: a) un tubo de dos capas que tiene una capa interior eléctricamente aislante y una primera capa eléctricamente conductora es extruida, b) al menos dos conductores de corriente son enrollados de manera espiral como electrodos alrededor de la primera capa eléctricamente conductora, c) opcionalmente, la primera capa eléctricamente conductora con los conductores de corriente aplicados mediante bobinado es calentada opcionalmente, de modo que se ablanda en la superficie y los conductores de corriente son presionados en y asegurados en, d) una segunda capa de una composición de moldeo eléctricamente conductora es aplicada mediante extrusión, el espesor de esta capa siendo de 0.1 a 1.5 mm, e) un revestimiento exterior de un material plástico eléctricamente aislante es aplicado. La tubería de línea tiene la ventaja de que una caída en el rendimiento de calentamiento durante la vida útil se evita eficazmente.
