Claims (29)
- 筐体構造と、
前記筐体構造内の開口部を通して見ることができる照明を提供するように構成された光源と、
照明システムを冷却するように構成され、複数の接触点によって前記筐体構造の内部に固定された複数のシンセティックジェットデバイスを備えた熱管理システムと、
前記光源および前記熱管理システムの各々に電力を供給するように構成されたドライバ電子装置と
を備えた照明システム。 - 前記光源が少なくとも1つの発光ダイオード(LED)を備える、請求項1記載の照明システム。
- 前記熱管理システムがヒートシンクを備え、前記ヒートシンクがベース部分、および前記ベース部分から延びる複数のフィンを備え、前記複数のフィンがそれらの間に複数のエアーギャップを形成する、請求項1記載の照明システム。
- 前記複数のシンセティックジェットデバイスの各々が、前記複数のフィンの各々の間の前記ぞれぞれのエアーギャップの1つを通る一方向性の空気流路を生成するように配置される、請求項3記載の照明システム。
- 前記熱管理システムは、前記複数のシンセティックジェットデバイスが作動するときに前記照明システムを通る周囲空気の入口および出口を与える空気ポートを備える、請求項1記載の照明システム。
- 前記熱管理システムが、前記複数のシンセティックジェットデバイスが作動するときに前記照明システムを通る周囲空気の入口および出口を与えるために、前記筐体構造内にスロットを備える、請求項1記載の照明システム。
- 2か所のそれぞれの接触点で前記複数のシンセティックジェットデバイスの各々を保持するように構成されたベースブラケットを備える、請求項1記載の照明システム。
- 前記筐体構造が、型成形された前記ベースブラケットを中に備えている型成形された構造である、請求項7記載の照明システム。
- 前記2か所の接触点の各々が、傾斜を付けた端部を有するスロットを備える、請求項7記載の照明システム。
- 前記筐体構造に連結するように構成され、前記筐体構造の内部に前記複数のシンセティックジェットデバイスの各々を保持するようにさらに構成されたブリッジを備えた、請求項1記載の照明システム。
- 前記ブリッジが、前記複数のシンセティックジェットデバイスのそれぞれ1つを保持するように各々構成された複数のスロットを備える、請求項10記載の照明システム。
- 前記複数のスロットの各々が傾斜を付けた端部を備える、請求項11記載の照明システム。
- 前記ドライバ電子装置が、発光ダイオード(LED)電源およびシンセティックジェット電源を備える、請求項1記載の照明システム。
- 前記照明システムが、前記照明システムを標準ソケットに電気的に連結するように構成されたねじ込み口金構造を備える、請求項1記載の照明システム。
- 前記照明システムが、少なくとも約1500ルーメンスを生成するように構成される、請求項1記載の照明システム。
- 前記複数のシンセティックジェットデバイスが、3か所の接触点によって前記筐体構造の内部に固定される、請求項1記載の照明システム。
- 照明プレートの表面上に配置された発光ダイオード(LED)のアレイと、
前記LEDのアレイの上方に配置された熱管理システムと
を備えた照明システムであって、前記熱管理システムが、
ベース、および前記ベースから延びる複数のフィンを有するヒートシンクと、
それぞれが前記複数のフィンの各々の対の間にジェットストリームを生成するように配置された複数のシンセティックジェットデバイスであって、複数の接触点で前記照明システムに連結される、複数のシンセティックジェットデバイスとを備える、照明システム。 - 前記照明システムが、ベースブラケット、および前記複数のシンセティックジェットデバイスを間に保持するように構成されたブリッジを備える、請求項17記載の照明システム。
- 前記ベースブラケットが複数のスロットを備え、前記複数のスロットの各々が前記複数のシンセティックジェットデバイスのうちの1つを受けるように構成される、請求項18記載の照明システム。
- 前記ブリッジが複数のスロットを備え、前記複数のスロットの各々が、前記複数のシンセティックジェットデバイスのうちの1つを受けるように構成される、請求項18記載の照明システム。
- 前記複数のシンセティックジェットデバイスが、3か所の接触点で前記照明システムに連結される、請求項17記載の照明システム。
- 前記熱管理システムが、スロットを中に有する熱管理システム筐体を備え、前記スロットが、前記複数のシンセティックジェットデバイスが作動するときに周囲空気が前記照明システムへと流入し、前記照明システムから流出することを可能にするように構成される、請求項17記載の照明システム。
- 光源と、
複数のスロットを備えた筐体構造と、
それぞれが前記複数のスロットのうちの少なくとも1つと嵌合するように構成される複数のシンセティックジェットデバイスと
を備えた照明システム。 - 前記複数のシンセティックジェットデバイスのそれぞれが、各々の接触点で前記複数のスロットのうちの2か所と嵌合するように構成される、請求項23記載の照明システム。
- 前記筐体構造がベースブラケットを備え、前記ベースブラケットが前記複数のスロットを備える、請求項23記載の照明システム。
- 前記ベースブラケットが型成形された構造であり、前記筐体構造が、中に型成形された前記ベースブラケットを含む、請求項25記載の照明システム。
- ベースブラケットに対して前記シンセティックジェットデバイスの反対側で前記複数のシンセティックジェットデバイスの各々と嵌合するように構成されたブリッジを備える、請求項23記載の照明システム。
- 前記照明システムが、前記複数のシンセティックジェットデバイスに、直接接触しないが隣接し平行に配置される複数のフィンを有するヒートシンクをさらに備える、請求項23記載の照明システム。
- 前記複数のスロットのそれぞれが接着剤ジェルを中に含む、請求項23記載の照明システム。
