Abstract
Description
単位セルを順番に導入するための単位セルフィーダーと、
単位セルフィーダーにおける単位セルの位置の画像を取り込み、取得した画像信号を下記の制御部に送る位置検査部と、
取得した画像信号に基づいて単位セルの整列を検査し、下記のグリッパーの挙動を制御する制御部と、
セルフィーダーから供給される単位セルを一度に1単位ずつ把持し、制御部から出力される位置補償信号出力に従って単位セルの位置を補償し、その結果を下記の(単位セル)移送部に移送する少なくとも2つのグリッパーと、
単位セルを折畳み装置に移送するための単位セル移送部との構成を有する。

Claims (15)
- 単位セルを配置および折畳み装置に移送するための単位セル移送装置であって、該装置は、平面状単位セルが分離フィルムを覆って巻き上げられた構造を有するスタック/折畳み型電極アセンブリを製造するための連続プロセスで使用され、該装置は、
単位セルを順番に導入するための単位セルフィーダーと、
前記単位セルフィーダーにおける前記単位セルの位置の画像を取り込んで画像信号を取得し、次いで前記画像信号を下記の制御部に送る位置検査部と、
前記検査部から受け取る画像信号に基づいて前記単位セルの整列状態を確認して下記のグリッパーの挙動を制御する前記制御部と、
それぞれが、前記セルフィーダーから供給される単位セルを一度に1単位ずつ把持し、次いで前記制御部が提供する位置補償信号による前記単位セルの位置補償の後に、前記単位セルを下記の移送部に移送する、2つ以上のグリッパーと、
上記の前記単位セルを折畳み装置に移送するための単位セル移送部とを備える、単位セル移送装置。 - 前記単位セルは、バイセルまたはフルセルである、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記単位セルフィーダーは、コンベヤーベルトであり、前記単位セルは、前記コンベヤーベルトの上に載せられて導入される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記検査部は、前記単位セルフィーダーの上部に取り付けられたカメラであり、前記単位セルの一部だけの画像を取り込むことによって取得される画像信号を生成する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記検査部は、前記単位セルの片面の両エッジの画像を取り込むことによって取得される前記画像信号を生成する、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記画像信号による前記単位セルの配置をプリセット配置と比較し、前記単位セル配置と前記プリセット配置との間に差がある場合は、前記差を補償するための位置補償信号を前記グリッパーに送る、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記グリッパーは、前記単位セルを交互に把持するために第1のグリッパーおよび第2のグリッパーを含み、前記第1のグリッパーが、単位セルを把持してそれを単位セル移送部に移送する間に、前記第2のグリッパーは、把持位置に戻り、前記第1のグリッパーの移送プロセスが終了する時点で次に来る単位セルを移送し始める、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第1のグリッパーおよび前記第2のグリッパーは、前記単位セルを前記単位セル移送部に移動させる方向に対して左側および右側に位置する、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記単位セル移送部は、反対方向に回転しながら互いに向き合うように配置される一対のコンベヤーベルトを有し、前記単位セルは、前記コンベヤーベルトの間に挿入されて移送される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記単位セルフィーダーおよび前記単位セル移送部は、互いに隣接しており、前記単位セルフィーダーでの単位セルが垂直に移動して前記単位セル移送部に移送されるように、前記単位セルフィーダーと前記単位セル移送部との間の隣接場所に垂直ステップを有する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 第1の単位セルが、前記垂直ステップに対して垂直に移動して前記単位セル移送部に移送される間に、第2の単位セルは、前記第1の単位セルの下部の重なり位置に移動する、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 突き出たシルは、前記単位セル移送部に隣接した前記単位セルフィーダーにおける従動ローラーの外側に形成され、前記シルは、前記グリッパーが前記第2の単位セルを把持する場合に前記単位セルの動きを止めるために前記単位セルの前部に接触する、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記垂直ステップは、3mmから10mmの高さを有する、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の装置を使用して製作されるスタック/折畳み型電極アセンブリ。
- 請求項14に記載のスタック/折畳み型電極アセンブリを含む二次電池。
