Claims (10)
- 内燃機関の噴射装置のための蓄圧器(12)の流出部を開閉するための圧力制御弁であって、弁ハウジング(20)内に配置された弁要素(18)を有しており、該弁要素(18)はマグネットアクチュエータ(17)によって操作可能であって、該マグネットアクチュエータ(17)は可動子(32)を備えていて該可動子(32)で以て前記弁要素(18)の閉鎖部材(29)に作用し、該閉鎖部材(29)は、前記蓄圧器(12)から前記弁ハウジング(20)内に形成された弁室(26)への流体接続部を閉鎖または解放するようになっており、前記弁室(26)が還流接続部(15,75)と流体接続しており、前記可動子(32)が可動子プレート(33)と可動子ピン(34)とを有していて、該可動子ピン(34)が前記弁ハウジング(20)内で軸方向に案内されている形式のものにおいて、
前記可動子ピン(34)が、伝達ロッド(51)および押圧部材(52)より成る少なくとも2つの部分より構成されており、前記押圧部材(52)が軸線オフセットV,V′を有していて半径方向で移動可能に前記伝達ロッド(51)に配置されていることを特徴とする、圧力制御弁。 - 前記伝達ロッド(51)が弁座側の端面側(53)において、前記押圧部材(52)のための実質的に円柱形の収容部(60,70)を有している、請求項1に記載の圧力制御弁。
- 前記収容部(60,70)が内側の端面(61)を有していて、該内側の端面(61)に前記押圧部材(52)の一方の端面(62)が当接している、請求項2に記載の圧力制御弁。
- 前記押圧部材(52)が円柱形の区分(54)と円錐形の区分(55)とを有しており、前記押圧部材(52)の前記円柱形の区分(54)が前記収容部(60,70)内に配置されている、請求項2または3に記載の圧力制御弁。
- 前記円錐形の区分(55)が、球状の閉鎖部材(29)のための球欠状の収容部(56)を有している、請求項4に記載の圧力制御弁。
- 前記伝達ロッド(51)が還流接続部(58,59)を備えた構成を有しており、該還流接続部(58,59)が前記弁室(26)を前記可動子室(44)に流体接続している、請求項1または2に記載の圧力制御弁。
- 前記可動子室(44)内に前記可動子(32)の前記可動子プレート(33)が収容されている、請求項6に記載の圧力制御弁。
- 前記伝達ロッド(51)が管(57)として構成されており、前記還流接続部(58,59)が、前記管(57)の内径と、前記管(57)の管壁を貫通ガイドされた横方向孔とによって構成されている、請求項6に記載の圧力制御弁。
- 前記可動子室(44)が前記還流接続部(75)に流体接続している、請求項6または7に記載の圧力制御弁。
- 前記還流接続部(75)がインサート(41)内に形成されており、該インサート(41)が前記可動子室(44)を流体密に仕切っており、前記インサート(41)に接続管路(73)を備えたジョイント部材(30)が形成されており、前記接続管路(73)が前記還流接続部(75)に通じる前記可動子室(44)の流体接続部を形成している、請求項9に記載の圧力制御弁。
