Claims (9)
- 燃料噴射弁のための液圧式の連結器は、2つの伝達ピストン(6,7)を備えており、一方の伝達ピストンはノズルニードルに連結されるようになっており、他方の伝達ピストンはアクチュエータ(4)、殊に圧電アクチュエータ(4)に連結されており、該アクチュエータ(4)の作動は、前記連結器の前記両方の伝達ピストン(6,7)を介して前記ノズルニードルに伝達されるようになっており、この場合に前記両方の伝達ピストン(6,7)間に液圧媒体を充填してあり、該液圧媒体は前記両方の伝達ピストン(6,7)を互いに液圧式に連結しており、これによりアクチュエータ(4)とノズルニードルとを液圧式に連結してある形式のものにおいて、前記一方の伝達ピストン(7)の1つの端部は、前記他方の伝達ピストン(6)の1つの端部内に案内されており、これによって前記一方の伝達ピストン(7)の端面(12)と前記他方の伝達ピストン(6)との間に形成されている伝達室(14)は、液圧媒体のための付加的な受容室(15)に接続されており、該受容室はばね兼シール部材(17)によって密閉されており、かつ前記一方の伝達ピストン(7)内に接続通路(28,32)を設けてあり、該接続通路(28,32)は前記伝達室(14)を液圧媒体のための前記付加的な受容室(15)に接続しており、前記接続通路(28,32)は、前記一方の伝達ピストン(7)の縦軸線方向に延びる貫通孔(28)を含んでおり、該貫通孔(28)は、前記一方の伝達ピストン(7)の、前記伝達室(14)と逆の側でシール部材(34)によって閉鎖されていることを特徴とする、燃料噴射弁のための液圧式の連結器。
- 接続通路(28,32)は絞り(29)を備えている請求項1に記載の連結器。
- 絞り(29)は充填方向で丸味を付けられている請求項2に記載の連結器。
- 液圧媒体のための付加的な受容室(15)は環状室によって形成されており、該環状室は一方の伝達ピストン(7)の半径方向外側に配置されている請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の連結器。
- 環状室(15)は軸線方向で他方の伝達ピストン(6)と一方の伝達ピストン(7)とによって画成されている請求項4に記載の連結器。
- 他方の伝達ピストン(6)と一方の伝達ピストン(7)との間にばね部材(24)を締め込んである請求項5に記載の連結器。
- 液圧媒体のための付加的な受容室(15)は、半径方向外側を波形ベローズ(17)によって画成されている請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の連結器。
- 波形ベローズ(17)は半径方向に変形されるようになっている請求項7に記載の連結器。
- 燃料噴射弁において、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の連結器を備えていることを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。
