Claims (2)
- 液体の制御のための弁であって、圧電式のアクチュエータユニット(5)を備えており、該アクチュエータユニットはアクチュエータ足部(8)及びアクチュエータ頭部(9)、並びに前記アクチュエータ足部(8)と前記アクチュエータ頭部(9)との間に配置された圧電式のアクチュエータ(7)を有しており、前記アクチュエータ頭部は連結器モジュール(6)に作用するようになっており、該連結器モジュールは弁閉鎖部材に結合されており、該弁閉鎖部材は弁座と協働するようになっており、前記アクチュエータ足部(8)は球面(21)を介して弁ケーシング(2)の円錐座(22)に支えられていて、かつ周面にO・リングシール(20)を保持している形式のものにおいて、前記アクチュエータ足部(8)は前記アクチュエータ(7)に向いた側に位置する少なくとも1つの区分(17)と、前記アクチュエータ(7)とは逆の側に位置していて前記区分(17)の直径に比べて直径(D1)の減少された区分(18)を有しており、前記O・リングシール(20)は、直径(D1)の減少された前記区分(18)に押し嵌められており、直径(D1)の減少された該区分(18)の、前記アクチュエータ(7)とは逆の側の端部に、前記アクチュエータ足部(8)の前記球面(21)を設けてあり、前記アクチュエータ(7)に向いた側に位置する前記少なくとも1つの区分(17)と前記弁ケーシング(2)の壁との間に間隔(S)を設けてあることを特徴とする、液体の制御のための弁。
- 前記O・リングシール(20)は、前記アクチュエータ足部(8)の直径(D1)の減少された前記区分(18)の直径(D1)よりもわずかに小さい内径を有している請求項1に記載の弁。
