Claims (20)
- 炭化水素フィードを処理するための方法であって、
前記フィードを、分子篩、シリカ、アルミナ、シリカ−アルミナ、活性炭、粘土及びそれらの混合物からなる群より選択される無機多孔性担持体上に沈着させた少なくとも1種の窒素含有有機ヘテロ環塩を含む吸着剤と接触させることを含み、
それによって、前記フィード中の望ましくない窒素不純物及び硫黄不純物は、前記吸着剤により吸着され、それによって、前記フィードと比較して低減された量の不純物を含有する処理生成物をもたらす上記方法。 - 前記接触が外部水素ガスの添加の必要なく行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記吸着剤が連続プロセスの固定床吸着器中に固定されている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 外部熱が前記プロセスに適用されない、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 機械的撹拌が前記プロセスに適用されない、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記フィードが0℃〜200℃の範囲の温度にて前記吸着剤と接触する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記処理生成物が窒素500ppm未満を含有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記処理生成物が窒素1ppm未満を含有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記無機多孔性担持体が、200m2/gから3000m2/gまでのBET表面積を有する、酸化された活性炭を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記無機多孔性担持体が、50m2/gから1500m2/gまでのBET表面積を有する、分子篩、シリカ、アルミナ、シリカ−アルミナ、粘土及びそれらの混合物からなる群より選択される無機材料を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記無機多孔性担持体が、0.5nmから20nmまでの平均細孔径及び0.1から3cm3/gまでの細孔容積を有する細孔を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記窒素含有有機ヘテロ環塩が、

Aは、イミダゾリウム、ピラゾリウム、1,2,3−トリアゾリウム、1,2,4−トリアゾリウム、ピリジニウム、ピラジニウム、ピリミジニウム、ピリダジニウム、1,2,3−トリアジニウム、1,2,4−トリアジニウム、1,3,5−トリアゾイニウム、キノリニウム、及びイソキノリニウムからなる群より選択される窒素カチオン含有ヘテロ環基であり;
R1、R2、R3、及びR4は、ヒドロキシル、アミノ、アシル、カルボキシル、直鎖非置換C1〜C12アルキル基、分岐非置換C1〜C12アルキル基、オキシ、アミノ、アシル、カルボキシル、アルケニル、アルキニル、トリアルコキシシリル、及びアルキルジアルコキシシリル基で置換されている直鎖C1〜C12アルキル基、並びにオキシ、アミノ、アシル、カルボキシル、アルケニル、アルキニル、トリアルコキシシリル、及びアルキルジアルコキシシリル基で置換されている分岐置換C1〜C12アルキル基からなる群より独立して選択される、ヘテロ環基Aの炭素又は窒素に結合している置換基であり;
Xは、フルオリド、クロリド、ブロミド、ヨージド、アルミニウムテトラクロリド、ヘプタクロロジアルミナート、スルフィット、スルファート、ホスファート、リン酸、一水素ホスファート、二水素ホスファート、ビカルボナート、カルボナート、ヒドロキシド、ニトラート、トリフルオロメタンスルホナート、スルホナート、ホスホナート、C2〜C18有機酸のカルボキシラート基、及び塩素又はフッ素置換カルボキシラート基からなる群より選択される無機アニオン又は有機アニオンである)の一般式を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記窒素含有有機ヘテロ環塩がイミダゾリウムイオンを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記吸着剤が、イミダゾリウムイオン1モル当たり少なくとも0.17モルの吸着窒素の脱窒能力を有する、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記吸着剤を芳香族化合物含有再生剤と接触させることにより前記吸着剤を再生する工程をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記吸着剤が、前記再生工程において完全に再生される、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記フィードが、水素化処理及び/又は水素化分解された生成物、コークス器生成物、直留フィード、蒸留生成物、FCCボトム、常圧残油及び減圧残油、減圧軽油並びに未変換油から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 水素化処理、水素化分解、水素化異性化及び水素化脱金属から選択される少なくとも1つの水素化加工ステップが続く、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 炭化水素フィードを水素化加工するための方法であって、前記フィードを、水素化処理触媒と接触させた後、水素化分解触媒と接触させることを含み、前記フィードを前記水素化処理触媒と接触させる前に、前記フィードを、無機担持体上に沈着させた窒素含有有機ヘテロ環塩を含む吸着剤と接触させる上記方法。
- 潤滑油を製造するための方法であって、炭化水素フィードを水素化分解触媒と接触させること、その水素化分解フィードを、少なくとも1つの軽質留分及び基油留分に分離すること、及び前記基油留分を異性化脱蝋触媒の床と接触させて流れを形成することを含み、前記フィードを前記異性化脱蝋触媒と接触させる前に、前記基油留分を、無機担持体上に沈着させた窒素含有有機ヘテロ環塩を含む吸着剤と接触させる上記方法。
