Description
[0028]実施例1の結晶化特性を、種々の商業的に入手できるポリアミド−6及びポリアミド−66組成物を表す比較例C〜Hと比較した。それぞれの材料の結晶化特性は、示差走査熱量測定(DSC)によって測定した。DSC実験は、標準手順にしたがってDSC−Q100システムを用いて行った。試料を10℃/分の速度で25℃から280℃に加熱した。280℃の温度を2分間維持し、次に試料を10℃/分の速度で25℃に冷却して戻した。それぞれの試料の融点(Tm)、結晶化温度(TC)、及び結晶化度(%)を測定した。結果を下表3に示す。
[0031]次に、実施例1の射出成形特性を、商業的に入手できるポリアミド−66組成物を表す種々の比較例と比較した。下表5に、それぞれの実施例に関する射出成形処理性のデータを与える。この試験のために用いた射出成形装置は、Sumitomo Heavy Industries, LTDによって製造されたSE100DU-C250であった。試料を、下記に示す温度において、90℃の維持された成形型温度を有するケーブル結束具成形型中に射出成形した。成形型を3秒間冷却し、次にケーブル結束具を成形型から離型した。圧力センサーを用いて射出圧を測定した。離型性を0〜5のスケールにしたがって測定した。ゼロのスコアはケーブル結束具が成形型内に堅く接着していたことを意味し、5のスコアはケーブル結束具が更なる処理工程を行わずに成形型から落下したことを意味する。4以上のスコアが好適であるとみなされる。Instron Corp.から入手できるInstron-5567装置によって、25℃、50%の相対湿度、及び50mm/分の引張り速度においてバックル強さを測定した。

- ポリアミド組成物を含み、ポリアミド組成物が、少なくとも1種類のポリアミド−6材料及びポリアミド材料内に分散されている少なくとも1種類の成核剤を含み、少なくとも1種類の成核剤が、少なくとも1種類の有機材料及び少なくとも1種類の無機金属材料を含む、細長いポリマー体を含むケーブル結束具。
- 細長いポリマー体の第1の端部付近に配置されているギヤ歯、及び細長いポリマー体の第2の端部付近に配置されているラチェットを更に含み、ラチェットがギヤ歯を受容してこれに締着するように適合されている、請求項1に記載のケーブル結束具。
- ポリアミド−6の粘度が約52FAV未満である、請求項1に記載のケーブル結束具。

- 成核剤が約25重量%未満のケイ酸アルミナを含む、請求項1に記載のケーブル結束具。
- 成核剤が、5:1未満の炭素原子とアミド基との比を有するポリアミド材料、及び金属酸化物、金属ケイ酸塩、若しくは両方を含む、請求項1に記載のケーブル結束具。
- ポリアミド組成物が0.5重量%未満の成核剤を含む、請求項1に記載のケーブル結束具。
- ポリアミド組成物が少なくとも1種類のポリアミド−66材料を更に含む、請求項1に記載のケーブル結束具。
- 少なくとも1種類のステアレート、ステアラミド、ポリシロキサン、ポリオレフィン、エチレン酢酸ビニルコポリマー、又はこれらの組合せを含む少なくとも1種類の潤滑剤を更に含む、請求項1に記載のケーブル結束具。
- 潤滑剤が、エチレン−ビスステアラミド、ステアリン酸亜鉛、ステアリン酸マグネシウム、ステアリン酸カルシウム、ステアリン酸ナトリウム、ポリジメチルシロキサン、ポリオレフィン、及びエチレン酢酸ビニルコポリマーからなる群から選択される、請求項19に記載のケーブル結束具。
- 少なくとも1種類の潤滑剤がステアラミド及びステアレートの一方又は両方である、請求項19に記載のケーブル結束具。
- 少なくとも1種類の潤滑剤がエチレンビスステアラミド及びステアリン酸亜鉛の一方又は両方である、請求項19に記載のケーブル結束具。
- 少なくとも1種類のポリアミド−6材料及び少なくとも1種類の成核剤を含み、成核剤が少なくとも1種類の無機金属材料及び少なくとも1種類の有機材料を含むポリアミド組成物を溶融し;
溶融したポリアミド組成物を成形型中に射出し;
成形型を冷却してケーブル結束具を形成し;そして
ケーブル結束具を成形型から離型する;
ことを含むケーブル結束具の形成方法。 - ポリアミド組成物を300℃未満の温度で溶融する、請求項23に記載の方法。
- ポリアミド組成物を1000kgf/cm2未満の圧力で射出する、請求項23に記載の方法。
- 約40FAV未満の粘度を有する少なくとも1種類のポリアミド−6材料;
少なくとも約50重量%の有機ポリマー及び約50重量%未満の無機金属材料を含む、ポリアミド材料内に分散している約2.0重量%未満の少なくとも1種類の成核剤;及び
少なくとも1種類の潤滑剤;
を含むポリアミド組成物。 - ポリアミド−6の粘度が30〜42FAVの間である、請求項26に記載のポリアミド組成物。
- 有機ポリマーが5:1未満の炭素原子とアミド基との比を有するポリアミドを含む、請求項26に記載のポリアミド組成物。
- 少なくとも1種類の潤滑剤がステアラミド及びステアレートの一方又は両方である、請求項26に記載のポリアミド組成物。
- 潤滑剤が、エチレンビスステアラミド、ステアリン酸亜鉛、又は両方を含む、請求項26に記載のポリアミド組成物。
- 少なくとも1種類の無機金属材料が金属ケイ酸塩を含む、請求項26に記載のポリアミド組成物。
- 少なくとも1種類の無機金属材料がケイ酸アルミナを含む、請求項26に記載のポリアミド組成物。
- 成核剤が約25重量%未満の少なくとも1種類の無機金属材料を含む、請求項26に記載のポリアミド組成物。
