Claims (15)
- 以下のシステムを含む神経学的エピソードの発生を検出するためのモニタリング又は予測装置:
神経学的に導出された信号のデジタル表現である入力の、神経学的な電気的入力、
デジタル信号をデジタル・データ列に変換するコンバータ、
デジタル・データ列で繰り返し発生するパターンを識別するためのパターン・アナライザ、及び
モニタから出力されるパターン由来のパラメータに従属する神経学的活動の発生や発生の可能性の指標となる、パターン由来のパラメータを測定するためのモニタ。 - パターン由来のパラメータが、デジタル・データ列において繰り返し発生するパターンカウントもしくは割合に関連する、請求項1に係るシステム。
- データ取得および解析システムには、以下を含む:
神経学的に導出された信号のデジタル表現から成る、神経学的な電気的入力、
デジタル信号をデジタル・データ列に変換するコンバータ、
デジタル・データ列で繰り返し発生するパターンを識別するためのパターン・アナライザ、及び
モニタから出力されるデジタル・データ列において繰り返し発生するパターンカウントもしくは割合に関連する、パターン由来のパラメータに従属する神経学的活動の発生や発生の可能性の指標となる、パターン由来のパラメータを測定するためのモニタ。 - デジタル・データ列が文字データ列である前述のすべての請求項に係るシステムは、2進法のデータ列もしくは16進法のデータ列である。
- 前述のすべての請求項に係るシステムは、さらに脳の一部を刺激するための神経刺激発生装置を含む。
- 神経学的エピソードの発生を検出する方法は、以下を含む:
神経学的に導出された信号のデジタル表現から成る、神経学的な電気的インプットの受信、
デジタル信号のデジタル・データ列への変換、
デジタル・データ列において繰り返し発生するパターンの特定、
デジタル・データ列において繰り返し発生するパターンカウントもしくは割合に関連するパターン由来のパラメータの監視、及び
パターン由来のパラメータに従属する神経学的活動の発生もしくは発生の可能性の指標となる出力の提供。 - 請求項6の方法には、さらに以下を含む:
デジタル信号がデジタル・データ列に変換されたときの電気信号の加重。 - 請求項6又は7の方法には、さらに以下を含む:
ビット長が6、7、8、9又は10ビットのデジタル・データ列のサンプリング。 - 請求項6から8の方法には、さらに以下を含む:
パターンに由来するパラメータの変化率の監視。 - 請求項6から9の方法には、さらに以下を含む:
有意に繰り返し発生するパターンのカウント。 - 請求項6から10の方法には、さらに以下を含む:
有意に繰り返し発生するパターン数から、ヌル信号と特定されたデータ列のパターンを除外する。 - 請求項6から11の方法には、さらに以下を含む:
神経学的エピソードの検出や同定。 - 請求項6から12のすべての方法において、神経学的活動の発生もしくは発生の可能性の指標となる出力は、以下のいずれかに基づいて判断される。
内部保存された過去のパターン数との比率の解析、又は
モニタリング装置による処理及び所定のしきい値との比較。 - 請求項13の方法において、所定のしきい値は既知の経験則、神経回路網及び/又は人工知能技術を用いてユーザー・プロファイルから取得されるか、有意なパターンの合計数及び/又は検出された有意なパターンの割合によって決定される。
- 請求項5から14の方法には、さらに以下を含む:
神経刺激発生装置を用いた脳の一部の刺激。
