sistema de monitoramento ou predição para detetar o inicio de um episódio neurológico e método de detetar o inicio de um episódio neurológico um sistema de monitoramento ou predição para detectar o início de um episódio neurológico, o sistema que compreende: uma entrada elétrica neurológica, a entrada como representação digital de um sinal neurologicamente derivado; um conversor para converter o sinal digital para uma sequência de dados digitais; um analisador de padrão para identificar padrões recorrentes na sequência de dados digitais e um monitor para medir um parâmetro derivado de padrão, onde uma saída do monitor concede uma indicação do início ou evento de uma atividade neuronal na dependência do parâmetro derivado de padrão.
