Claims (20)
- 繊維複合材料で作成された構成要素を生成する方法であって、
堆積(16)を与えるために乾燥した繊維材料のいくつかの下層が堆積され、
前記乾燥した堆積(16)の気密な被覆のために熱可塑プラスチックフィルム(18)が使用され、
前記フィルム(18)内の前記堆積(16)によって占められている前記内部空間(23)が、ポンプからの吸引を受け、移送の間安定なプリフォーム(12)を与えるために前記下層が固定され、
前記プリフォーム(12)が形成プロセスを受け、

- 使用されるフィルム(18)が、PMMA、PC、SAN、ASA、PVF、およびPVC、またはこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択されるプラスチックを含む、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記変形プロセスの間、および/または前記硬化プロセスの間に、突出した材料は熱機械的に除去される、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記熱可塑プラスチックフィルム(18)により、さらなる処理ステップにおいて、前記構成要素は、他の構成要素と熱的に結合、特に溶接、または半田付けされる、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 繊維複合材料で作成され、特に請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって生成された構成要素であって、熱硬化性樹脂(20)で作成された基質内の接着された部分と、繊維材料のいくつかの下層とを備え、かつ熱可塑プラスチックで作成され、前記系に直接接着された表面の層も備える、構成要素。
- 前記表面層は、付着により前記系に接着されている、請求項16に記載の構成要素。
- 前記表面層は、付着促進剤により前記系に接着されている、請求項16または17に記載の構成要素。
- 繊維複合材料で作成された構成要素のための、特に請求項1〜18のいずれか一項に記載のいくつかの部分的なステップの後に得られるプリフォーム(12)であって、乾燥した繊維材料のいくつかの下層で作成された、熱可塑プラスチックフィルム(18)により気密の様式で被覆された、堆積(16)を備え、前記フィルム内で前記堆積(16)によって占められている前記内部空間に大気圧より低い圧力が行き渡り、かくして移送の間安定となるように前記下層が固定される、プリフォーム(12)。
- 前記乾燥した堆積(16)は、本質的にシートの形態をとり、気密の様式でフィルムウェブの間に挿入される、請求項19に記載のプリフォーム(12)。
