−平均で98.5重量%のZrO2、0.5重量%のSiO2および0.2重量%のNa2Oを主に含有するSociete Europeenne des Produits Refractairesより販売されているジルコニアCC10、
−33%シリカを含有するジルコンサンド、
−Pechineyより販売されている、平均で99.4%のAl2O3を含有するタイプAC44アルミナ、
−58.5%のNa2Oを含有する炭酸ナトリウム、
−99%を超える純度を有する酸化イットリウム。
作製したブロックのサンプルを、長さ100mmおよび直径24mmのシリンダーの形態で取り出し、1550℃まで加熱した。サンプルの挙動をカメラにより観察し、サンプル表面のガラス状相の初期フローに対応する温度を記録した。この温度を、表1に℃で示してある。
Claims (13)
- 酸化物を基準として、合計で100%の重量パーセンテージとして、以下の化学組成:
ZrO2:30〜50%、
SiO2:8〜16%、
Al2O3:100%までの残部、
Y2O3≧50/ZrO2およびY2O3≦5%、
Na2O+K2O+B2O3≧0.2%およびSiO2/(Na2O+K2O+B2O3)≧5*Y2O3、
CaO:≦0.5%、
その他酸化物種≦1.5%
を有する溶融耐火製品。 - 前記イットリウム酸化物含量が、比60/ZrO2を超える請求項1に記載の製品。
- 前記イットリウム酸化物含量が、比70/ZrO2を超える請求項1または2に記載の製品。
- 前記アルカリ酸化物の全含量Na2O+K2O+B2O3が、1.5%未満である請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の製品。
- 前記アルカリ酸化物の全含量Na2O+K2O+B2O3が、1.1%未満である請求項4に記載の製品。
- SiO2/Na2O≧5.5*Y2O3である請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の製品。
- SiO2/Na2O重量比が12を超える請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の製品。
- 前記ジルコニア含量が32%を超え、および/または前記シリカ含量が10%を超え、および/または前記アルミナ含量が38%を超え、および/または前記イットリウム酸化物含量が2.0%を超え、および/または前記アルカリ酸化物の全含量Na2O+K2O+B2O3が0.3%を超える請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の製品。
- 前記ジルコニア含量が45%未満、および/または前記シリカ含量が15%未満、および/または前記アルミナ含量が52%未満、および/または前記イットリウム酸化物含量が4.5%未満、および/または前記アルカリ酸化物の全含量Na2O+K2O+B2O3が1.2%未満である請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の製品。
- ZrO2:32〜45%および
SiO2:10〜15%および
Al2O3:40〜50%および
Y2O3:2.2〜4.0%および
Na2O:0.4〜1.2%
である請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の製品。 - 10kgを超える質量を有するブロックの形態にある請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の製品。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の製品を含むガラス炉。
- 前記製品が、ガラス溶融物と、またはガラスの溶融により遊離されたガスと接触しがちな前記炉のゾーンに配置されている請求項12に記載の炉。
