Abstract

Claims (18)
- それぞれ接触表面をもつ2つの導体(12,14)と、接続の電気抵抗を減少させるようにオープンセルを有する金属発泡体の骨組みで構成され、前記導体の接触表面間に挟まれた伝導性要素(10)とを有する電気的接続装置であって、
前記挟まれた伝導性要素が、銅、錫、インジウム、またはそれらの合金の1つから選ばれる少なくとも1つの被覆で直接に覆われた、鉄、コバルト、ニッケル、およびそれらの合金からなる群の中から選択された前記金属発泡体の骨組みで構成されていることを特徴とする電気的接続装置。 - 前記被覆が、それ自体が錫、インジウムまたはそれらの合金の1つで覆われた銅または合金の1つの被覆であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気的接続装置。
- 前記2つの導体(12,14)の少なくとも1つが、アルミニウム製であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の電気的接続装置。
- 前記挟まれた伝導性要素(10)が、ニッケル発泡体の骨組みを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のうちのいずれか1項に記載の電気的接続装置。
- 前記ニッケル発泡体の骨組みが、錫の被覆で覆われていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電気的接続装置。
- 1000アンペアを越える強さの電流が流れることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のうちのいずれか1項に記載の電気的接続装置。
- 前記挟まれた伝導性要素(10)が、劣化させる外部要因に対する気密性障壁を作る周囲を有する気密性ガスケット(20)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のうちのいずれか1項に記載の電気的接続装置。
- 前記気密性ガスケット(20)が、前記挟まれた伝導性要素(10)の端部にエラストマータイプの気密性材料を供給することにより形成されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の電気的接続装置。
- 前記気密性ガスケット(20)が、前記挟まれた伝導性要素(10)の端部の少なくとも折り曲げによって形成されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の電気的接続装置。
- 前記挟まれた伝導性要素(10)の骨組みを構成する前記金属発泡体が、グリースによって含浸されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のうちのいずれか1項に記載の電気的接続装置。
- 前記グリースが、伝導性グリースであることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の電気的接続装置。
- 前記挟まれた伝導性要素(10)の骨組みを構成する前記金属発泡体が、前記導体(12,14)の少なくとも1つの表面に高い固有抵抗を有する層の形成を減少させること、および、前記導体の少なくとも1つの表面を研磨することの少なくとも一方に適する成分によって含浸されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のうちのいずれか1項に記載の電気的接続装置。
- 接続の電気抵抗を減少させるようにしたオープンセルを有する金属発泡体の骨組みで構成された挟まれた伝導性要素(10)を中心として2つの導体を近づけるのに適した締付手段(16)を備える締付装置であって、
前記金属発泡体の金属は銅、錫、インジウムまたはそれらの合金の1つから少なくとも1つの被覆で直接に覆われた鉄、コバルト、ニッケルおよびそれらの合金からなる群の中から選択されていることを特徴とする締付装置。 - 前記金属発泡体の骨組みが、銅の被覆で直接に覆われたニッケル製であることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の締付装置。
- 前記金属発泡体の骨組みが、錫の被覆で直接または間接に覆われたニッケル製であることを特徴とする請求項13または14に記載の締付装置。
- 請求項1〜12のうちのいずれか1項に記載の電気的接続装置または請求項13〜15のうちのいずれか1項に記載の締付装置を備えることを特徴とする電気メータ。
- 接続の電気抵抗を減少させるようにしたオープンセルを有する金属発泡体の骨組みで構成される伝導性要素(10)を備える補強材であって、
前記金属発泡体の金属は、銅、錫、インジウムまたはそれらの合金の1つから少なくとも1つの被覆で直接に覆われた鉄、コバルト、ニッケルおよびそれらの合金からなる群の中から選択されていることを特徴とする嵌込端子の補強材。 - 接触表面を互いに比較して、位置決めする段階を備える、それぞれ接触表面をもつ2つの導体(12,14)の電気的接続方法であって、
