Claims (38)

隣接する前記柔軟なセグメントが、前記少なくとも1つの中間セグメントによって互いに長手方向に離隔され、各前記柔軟なセグメントが、少なくとも部分的に側壁を通って延在しかつかみ合い要素を形成する少なくとも1つの細長いギャップを有する側壁を含み、前記少なくとも1つの中間セグメントが前記柔軟なセグメントよりも短い、カテーテル装置。 - 前記複数の柔軟なセグメントが電極を含み、および前記少なくとも1つの中間セグメントが非導電性部材を含む、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 側壁と、側壁内部を通って延在するルーメンとを有するルーメン延長部材をさらに含み、前記ルーメン延長部材が、前記遠位部分を少なくとも部分的に通って延在する、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記ルーメン延長部材が、前記ルーメン延長部材を貫通して延在する複数の開口部を含む、請求項3に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記複数の開口部が第1のセットの開口部および第2のセットの開口部を含み、前記第1のセットの開口部における前記開口部のサイズが、前記第2のセットの開口部における前記開口部のサイズよりも大きい、請求項4に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記開口部のサイズが、前記遠位部分に沿って流体の流出を実質的に一定にするように構成されている、請求項4に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記ルーメン延長部材内の前記ルーメンの直径が変化し、その直径は、前記遠位部分の長さに沿って流体の流れを実質的に一定にするように構成されている、請求項3に記載のカテーテル。
