Claims (20)
- カテーテルであって、

前記ルーメン延長部材を通って延在する複数の開口部と、
を備える、カテーテル装置。 - 前記複数の柔軟なセグメントが電極を含み、および前記少なくとも1つの中間セグメントが非導電性部材を含む、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記複数の開口部が第1のセットの開口部および第2のセットの開口部を含み、前記第1のセットの開口部における前記開口部のサイズが、前記第2のセットの開口部における前記開口部のサイズよりも大きい、請求項1又は2に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記開口部のサイズが、前記遠位部分に沿って流体の流出を実質的に一定にするように構成されている、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のカテーテル。

少なくとも1つの中間セグメントであって、隣接する前記柔軟なセグメントが、前記少なくとも1つの中間セグメントによって長手方向に互いに離隔され、各前記柔軟なセグメントが、少なくとも部分的に側壁を通って延在しかつかみ合い要素を形成する少なくとも1つの細長いギャップを有する側壁を含み、前記少なくとも1つの中間セグメントが前記柔軟なセグメントよりも短く、前記細長いギャップが、前記柔軟なセグメントに柔軟性を与え、かつ長手方向軸に対して異なる動作形態を可能にする、中間セグメントと
