Claims (6)
- (A)酸素含有環式化合物単位を含む1つまたは複数の単官能性アクリレートモノマー、
(B)エステル基が少なくとも6個の炭素原子からなる炭化水素基を含む、1つまたは複数のアクリレート化合物、
(C)軟化点または融点が60℃と100℃の間であり、熱可塑性で固体で非晶質である1つまたは複数のエポキシ化合物;
(D)(A)、(B)、および(C)用の1つまたは複数の硬化剤;
(E)1つまたは複数の非導電性フィラー、を含み、
(A)、(B)および(C)化合物が以下の不等式を同時に満たすデュアル硬化接着剤:

ここで、wt%A、wt%B、wt%Cは、ディアル硬化接着剤組成物中の化合物(A)、(B)および(C)の重量%を表す。 - (A)の粘度が<200cpsであり、沸点が>150℃である請求項1記載のデュアル硬化接着剤。
- (A)が単環式のアセタールアクリレートまたはメタクリレート、あるいはテトラヒドルフルフリルアクリレートである請求項1記載のデュアル硬化接着剤。
- (B)がイソホリルアクリレートまたはイソボルニルアクリレートである請求項1記載のデュアル硬化接着剤。
- (C)が、クレゾールノボラックエポキシ、フェノールノボラックエポキシ、ビスフェノール−Aエポキシ、およびグリシジル化シクロペンタジエン/フェノール付加物樹脂からなる群から選択される請求項1記載のデュアル硬化接着剤。
- 化合物(C)が、(A)および(B)に20%以上溶解する請求項1記載のデュアル硬化接着剤。
