Claims (14)
- クラッド管を製造する方法において、
外面を有する管を用意する段階、
細長いストリップを用意する段階、
前記ストリップを前記管の前記外面のまわりにらせん状に巻き付けながら、前記ストリップの内面と前記管の前記外面とを表面溶接する段階、及び
前記表面溶接しているときに、前記ストリップを前記管に押し付ける段階、
を包含する方法。 - 請求項1記載の方法において、前記管が第1の金属で作られていると共に、前記ストリップが第2の金属で作られ、前記表面溶接が前記第1の金属によって前記ストリップが希釈するのを最少にしている方法。
- 請求項1記載の方法において、前記ストリップが前記管のまわりにらせん状に巻き付けられているときに、前記ストリップの前記内面が前記管の前記外面に溶接されるようにした方法。
- 請求項2記載の方法において、前記ストリップが前記管のまわりにらせん状に巻き付けられているときに、前記ストリップの前記内面が前記管の前記外面に表面溶接手段を用いて溶接されるようにした方法。
- 請求項2記載の方法において、前記ストリップが前記管のまわりにらせん状に巻き付けられているときに、前記ストリップの前記内面が前記管の前記外面に高周波表面溶接手段を用いて溶接されるようにした方法。
- 請求項2記載の方法において、前記ストリップの前記内面が前記管の前記外面に表面溶接手段により溶接され、前記表面溶接手段が前記ストリップの厚さの5−15%だけを溶融して、前記ストリップの最少希釈を生じさせるようにした方法。
- 請求項2記載の方法において、更に、前記ストリップの縁を先に巻き付けたストリップの縁に結合して、更に連続する被覆物を作る段階を包含する方法。
- 請求項1記載の方法において、前記ストリップを前記管に押し付ける段階が、押し付けロールを用いて前記ストリップを前記管に押し付けるようにしたことから成る方法。
- クラッド管において、次の4つの段階、すなわち、
外面を有する第1の管を用意する段階、
耐食性材料の細長いストリップを用意する段階、
高周波表面電流を前記ストリップ及び前記管に流して、前記ストリップの内面及び前記管の前記外面を溶融する段階、及び
前記ストリップを前記管に押し付けながら、前記ストリップを前記管の前記外面のまわりにらせん状に巻き付ける段階、
により製造されているクラッド管。 - 請求項9記載のクラッド管において、前記ストリップが前記管のまわりにらせん状に巻き付けられているときに、前記ストリップの前記内面が前記管の前記外面に表面溶接されるようにしたクラッド管。
- 請求項9記載のクラッド管において、前記ストリップが前記管のまわりにらせん状に巻き付けられているときに、前記ストリップの前記内面が前記管の前記外面に電気抵抗溶接手段を用いて表面溶接されるようにしたクラッド管。
- 請求項9記載のクラッド管において、前記ストリップが前記管のまわりにらせん状に巻き付けられているときに、前記ストリップの前記内面が前記管の前記外面に高周波電気抵抗溶接手段を用いて表面溶接されるようにしたクラッド管。
- 請求項9記載のクラッド管において、前記ストリップの第1の縁が前記ストラップの先に巻き付けた部分の第2の縁に結合されているクラッド管。
- 請求項9記載のクラッド管において、前記高周波表面電流を前記ストリップ及び前記管へ流す段階がほぼ不活性の環境で行われるようにしたクラッド管。
