Description
100mm未満の直径を有する配管においては、現行の手段を用いては、溶接点A1の形成が困難であるか、または不可能ですらある;
保護層が、溶接された領域A1において、特に、メタルダスティング現象を惹起する危険性を招く材料と構造の違いに関連した欠陥を有する。

保護層が、溶接された領域A’1における欠陥を有し、この保護における欠陥は、メタルダスティング現象を惹起する危険を招く;
装置に形成された凹部のために、部品の長さを調節することができない。
端部8−Aにおいて、同じ直径のチューブに接続されている。接続は、通常の溶接により形成され、保護の不連続性が図示されている;
端部8−Bにおいて、接合部品に接続されており、溶接は、チューブの内面に到達していない。
接続形成時に、接合部品の保護領域上と装置上との干渉がないことは、その稼動中の装置全体に渡るメタルダスティングの抑制を高めることに強く寄与する;
接合部品の形状寸法のために、溶接は、接合されるべき部品の外側に形成され、従って、それらは、小さい直径について用いられ得る;
溶接と、溶接の影響を受ける領域は、腐食雰囲気に直接さらされず、表面処理により保護される必要がない;
小さい接合部品を、全ての地点において、より良い厚さに制御しながら、容易に、(内面および外面を)完全に保護することができる;
装置を形成するパイプの長さを、その端がいかなる特有の形状寸法も有しないために、調節することができる。
Claims (6)
- 少なくとも1種の炭化水素および/または一酸化炭素を含む流体の存在下で少なくとも部分的に高温で稼動することが意図される装置を腐食から保護する方法にして、前記装置の部品は、ニッケル、鉄、クロムおよび/またはアルミニウムを含有する合金から作製され、前記装置の前記部品が、保護コーティングにより前記腐食から保護されているところの方法であって、
このように保護された前記装置部品が、接合部品によって互いに接続され、前記接合部品が、高温で前記流体と接触することが意図されるその表面を保護コーティングにより予め保護されており、
前記腐食に供されることが意図される接続のそれぞれは、前記接合部品の端部と前記装置の部品の端部とを開先突合せて外部溶接により作製され、かつ前記溶接で形成される溶融金属は前記接合部品および前記装置部品の前記保護コーティングに到達せず、溶接後に当該溶接箇所に前記保護コーティングが存在する
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記装置が、メタルダスティングから保護される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記接合部品の前記保護コーティングが、アルミニウム被覆により得られることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法を実行することにより保護された装置を含むことを特徴とする、炭化水素混合物から合成ガスを発生させるためのプラント。
- 請求項1に記載の方法に組み込まれる接合部品であって、高温で前記流体と接触することが意図されるその表面を保護コーティングにより予め保護され、かつ開先突合せの外部溶接により前記装置部品の端部と接続される端部を有する接合部品。
- 前記保護コーティングが、アルミニウム被覆により得られることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の接合部品。
