Claims (5)
- 可変容量型の油圧ポンプと、前記油圧ポンプに連結される少なくとも一つ以上の油圧アクチュエータと、操作レバーの操作量に比例して供給される信号圧に応じて切り換えられることによって、油圧アクチュエータに供給される作動油の流量を制御するスプールと、前記油圧ポンプの吐出圧力を検出する検出センサーと、前記操作レバーの操作量による信号圧力を検出する検出センサーと、それぞれの前記検出センサーにより検出された信号によって油圧ポンプの吐出流量を制御する制御部とを備える建設機械において、
それぞれの前記検出センサーによって油圧ポンプの吐出圧力及びそれぞれの油圧アクチュエータに対する操作レバーの操作量を検出する第1ステップと、
前記それぞれの油圧アクチュエータの標準負荷圧力を設定する第2ステップと、
前記油圧ポンプの吐出圧力と前記それぞれの油圧アクチュエータの標準負荷圧力とを比較する第3ステップと、
前記油圧ポンプの吐出圧力が前記それぞれの油圧アクチュエータの所定の標準負荷圧力よりも高い場合、前記油圧ポンプの吐出流量が、油圧アクチュエータに発生する負荷の程度に応じて、同一の操作量に対してその割合が低くなるように係数を調整する第4ステップと、
前記油圧ポンプの吐出圧力が前記それぞれの油圧アクチュエータの標準負荷圧力よりも低い場合、前記油圧ポンプの吐出流量が操作量に比例するように制御する第5ステップとを含むことを特徴とする建設機械の油圧ポンプの流量制御システム。 - 前記第4ステップにおいて、操作量と油圧ポンプの吐出流量との関係がN次式で表現され、前記油圧ポンプの吐出圧力が所定の標準負荷圧力よりも高い場合、前記油圧アクチュエータに発生する負荷の程度に応じてN次式の係数を変動させることによって、同一の操作量に対する油圧ポンプの吐出流量を低減させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の建設機械の油圧ポンプの流量制御システム。
- 前記油圧アクチュエータに発生する負荷の程度に応じてN次式の係数が変動して、操作量に対する油圧ポンプの吐出流量が低減する場合でも、所定値以上の操作量では、油圧ポンプの吐出流量が最大限に吐出されるように係数の変動範囲を制限することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の建設機械の油圧ポンプの流量制御システム。
- 前記第5ステップにおいて、前記油圧ポンプの吐出圧力が前記それぞれの油圧アクチュエータの標準負荷圧力よりも低い場合、前記油圧ポンプの吐出流量を所定の操作量に対する前記油圧ポンプの制御流量の関係式Q(Q=a×(操作量)+b)を用いて演算することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の建設機械の油圧ポンプの流量制御システム。
- 前記第4ステップにおいて、前記油圧ポンプの吐出圧力が前記それぞれの油圧アクチュエータの標準負荷圧力よりも高い場合、前記油圧ポンプの吐出流量を前記油圧ポンプの制御流量の関係式Q(Q=(a+a´)×(操作量)+(b+b´))を用いて演算することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の建設機械の油圧ポンプの流量制御システム。
