Claims (15)
- 導電性コアおよび絶縁性シースを有するマリン又は海中ケーブルのための一次ワイヤーであって、
前記絶縁性シースが、少なくとも0.35mmの壁厚を有する一次絶縁としてのポリアルケンから成る内層、および少なくとも0.15mmの厚さを有する照射架橋されたフッ化ビニリデンポリマーから成る外側ジャケットを有する、ワイヤー。 - ポリアルケンから成る内層もまた照射架橋されている、請求項1に記載のワイヤー。
- 導電性コアが、マルチフィラメント・ワイヤーを含んで成る、請求項1又は2に記載のワイヤー。
- マルチフィラメント・ワイヤーが、30〜70のストランドを含んで成る、請求項3に記載のワイヤー。
- ワイヤーフィラメントのより長さが、導電性コア径の6〜8倍である、請求項3又は4に記載のワイヤー。
- 導電性コアが5〜9%圧縮される、請求項3〜5のいずれかに記載のワイヤー。
- 導電性コアが銅を含んで成る、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のワイヤー。
- 導電性コアが、16mm2の導体で4.8〜5.1mmの径を有する、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のワイヤー。
- ポリアルケンから成る絶縁性内層が、大きくとも0.75mmの壁厚を有する、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載のワイヤー。
- ポリアルケンが、少なくとも0.95の密度を有する高密度ポリエチレン(HDPE)を含んで成る、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載のワイヤー。
- 高密度ポリエチレン(HDPE)とエチレン−エチルアクリレートコポリマー(EEA)とが少なくとも3:1の比で混合されている、請求項10に記載のワイヤー。
- ポリフッ化ビニリデン(PVDF)から成る外層が、PVDFホモポリマーとヘキサフルオロプロペンおよび1,1´−ジフルオロエチレンのコポリマーとをブレンドしたものを含んで成る、請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載のワイヤー。
- PVDFから成る外層が大きくとも0.3mmの厚さを有する、請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載のワイヤー。
- 外装ジャケットに包まれる請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の複数の一次ワイヤーを含んで成る、マリン又は海中ケーブル。
- 導電性コア上にポリアルケンから成る絶縁層を少なくとも0.35mmの厚さに押し出す工程、
内層上にポリフッ化ビニリデンから成る外層を少なくとも0.15mmの厚さに押し出す工程、および
電子ビーム照射の方法によって、内層および外層を相互に架橋する工程
を含んで成る、請求項1〜14のいずれかに記載の一次ワイヤーを作成する方法。
