Abstract
Description
前記絶縁試片は前記絶縁層を形成する絶縁組成物の架橋によって製造され、厚さが120μmである試片であり、
前記絶縁試片に印加された電界は前記絶縁試片において互いに向き合う面にそれぞれ連結された電極に印加された直流電界で、50kV/mmであり、
前記絶縁試片で最大に増加した電界は前記絶縁試片に1時間の間に50kV/mmの直流電界を印加する過程で増加した電界の最大値である。
前記絶縁試片は、前記絶縁層214を形成する絶縁組成物の架橋によって製造され、厚さが120μmの試片であり、
前記絶縁試片に印加された電界は前記絶縁試片において互いに向き合う面にそれぞれ連結された電極に印加された直流電界で、50kV/mmであり、
前記絶縁試片で最大に増加した電界は、前記絶縁試片に1時間の間に50kV/mmの直流電界を印加する過程に増加した電界の最大値である。
1.モデルケーブルの製造例
内部半導電層、絶縁及び外部半導電層を含めて絶縁厚さが約4mmであり、導体の断面積が約400SQであるモデルケーブルとして、前記絶縁層に添加された架橋剤の含量を調節し、架橋及び脱ガス化によって架橋副産物の含量を調節することにより、前記絶縁層の厚さを3等分して区分される内層、中層及び外層の層別/架橋副産物種類別の架橋副産物の含量が下記の表1に示したように調節された実施例乃至比較例のモデルケーブルをそれぞれ製造した。前記架橋副産物の含量は前記各層別に中間の任意の地点で試片を採取して測定した。
前記比較例及び実施例のそれぞれのモデルケーブルの絶縁層から厚さが約120μmの絶縁試片を採取した後、PEA(pulsed electro acoustic)システムに基づいて前記絶縁試片に直流電界50kV/mmを1時間の間に印加しながら式1の電界集中係数(FEF)を測定した。測定結果は下記の表2及び図2に示した通りであり、架橋副産物の含量と電界集中係数間の相関関係の確認のために、架橋副産物含量の測定と同一時点に電界集中係数(FEF)を測定した。
Claims (9)
- 超高圧直流電力ケーブルであって、
複数の素線が撚線されて形成された導体と、
前記導体を取り囲む内部半導電層と、
前記内部半導電層を取り囲む絶縁層と、
前記絶縁層を取り囲む外部半導電層とを含み、
前記絶縁層はポリオレフィン樹脂及び架橋剤を含む絶縁組成物から形成され、
前記絶縁層は、その厚さを3等分して内層、中層及び外層に区分され、前記内層に含まれた架橋副産物のうちα−クミルアルコール(α−cumyl alcohol;α−CA)、アセトフェノン(acetophenone;AP)及びα−メチルスチレン(α−methyl styrene;α−MS)の総含量、前記中層に含まれた架橋副産物のうちα−クミルアルコール(α−cumyl alcohol;α−CA)、アセトフェノン(acetophenone;AP)及びα−メチルスチレン(α−methyl styrene;α−MS)の総含量、及び前記外層に含まれた架橋副産物のうちα−クミルアルコール(α−cumyl alcohol;α−CA)、アセトフェノン(acetophenone;AP)及びα−メチルスチレン(α−methyl styrene;α−MS)の総含量の平均値が4,000ppm以下であることを特徴とする、超高圧直流電力ケーブル。 - 前記絶縁層のうち前記内層に含まれた前記3種の特定の架橋副産物の総含量が3,990ppm以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の超高圧直流電力ケーブル。
- 下記の式1によって定義される電界集中係数(Field Enhancement Factor;FEF)が140%以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の超高圧直流電力ケーブル。
前記絶縁試片は前記絶縁層を形成する絶縁組成物の架橋によって製造され、厚さが120μmである試片であり、
前記絶縁試片に印加された電界は前記絶縁試片において互いに向き合う面にそれぞれ連結された電極に印加された直流電界で、50kV/mmであり、
前記絶縁試片で最大に増加した電界は前記絶縁試片に1時間の間に50kV/mmの直流電界を印加する過程で増加した電界の最大値である。 - 前記ポリオレフィン樹脂はポリエチレン樹脂を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の超高圧直流電力ケーブル。
- 前記架橋剤は過酸化物系架橋剤であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の超高圧直流電力ケーブル。
- 前記過酸化物系架橋剤は、ジクミルペルオキシド、ベンゾイルペルオキシド、ラウリルペルオキシド、t−ブチルクミルペルオキシド、ジ(t−ブチルペルオキシイソプロピル)ベンゼン、2,5−ジメチル−2,5−ジ(t−ブチルペルオキシ)ヘキサン及びジ−t−ブチルペルオキシドからなる群から選択される1種以上を含むことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の超高圧直流電力ケーブル。
- 前記絶縁組成物は、酸化防止剤、押出性向上剤及び架橋助剤からなる群から選択される1種以上の添加剤をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の超高圧直流電力ケーブル。
- 前記内部及び外部半導電層を形成する半導電組成物は、そのベース樹脂100重量部を基準に、架橋剤の含量が0.1〜5重量部であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の超高圧直流電力ケーブル。
- 前記ベース樹脂は、エチレンビニルアセテート(EVA)、エチレンメチルアクリレート(EMA)、エチレンメチルメタクリレート(EMMA)、エチレンエチルアクリレート(EEA)、エチレンエチルメタクリレート(EEMA)、エチレン(イソ)プロピルアクリレート(EPA)、エチレン(イソ)プロピルメタクリレート(EPMA)、エチレンブチルアクリレート(EBA)及びエチレンブチルメタクリレート(EBMA)からなる群から選択される1種以上を含むことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の超高圧直流電力ケーブル。
