Abstract
Description
Claims (11)
- 車両(1)内の燃焼機関(2)を冷却する冷却システム内の冷却液を暖めるための装置であって、
前記車両内の位置であって、周囲温度より高い温度(TA1、TA2)で空気が流れる位置にある冷却液冷却器(18)と、
冷却液を前記燃焼機関(2)へ導く第1のライン(16a)、及び冷却液を前記冷却液冷却器(18)へ導く第2のライン(16b)を有するマニホルドと、
冷却液を前記燃焼機関(2)へ導く第1の位置、及び冷却液を前記冷却液冷却器(18)へ導く第2の位置に配置することができる弁手段(17)と
を有する装置において、
前記冷却システム内の前記冷却液が動作温度(TD)より低い温度(TC)であるかどうか、及び前記冷却液冷却器(18)を通って流れる前記空気が、前記冷却液の温度(TC)より高い温度(TA1、TA2)であるかどうかを評価するように適合された制御ユニット(22)を有し、該制御ユニット(22)は、これらの条件が満たされると前記冷却液が前記冷却液冷却器(18)へ導かれるように前記弁手段(17)を前記第2の位置に配置するように適合され、それにより前記冷却液が、前記冷却液冷却器(18)を通って流れる前記空気によって前記却液冷却器(18)内で暖められることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記弁手段が、前記マニホルド内に位置する三方弁(17)であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記冷却システムが、前記マニホルド内に位置するサーモスタット(19)を有し、前記弁手段(17)が前記第1のライン(16a)に位置し、前記弁手段(17)が前記第2の位置に配置されたとき、前記三方弁(17)は、前記冷却液を、接続ライン(20)を介して前記第1のライン(16a)から前記第2のライン(16b)へ導くように適合されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記制御ユニット(22)が、前記冷却システム内の前記冷却液の温度(TC)を検知する温度センサ(23)からの情報を受け取るように適合されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3までのいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記制御ユニット(22)が、前記冷却液冷却器(18)に流入する前記空気の前記温度(TA1、TA2)を検知する位置にある温度センサ(24、25)からの情報を受け取るように適合されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4までのいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が、前記燃焼機関(1)へ導かれる気体媒体を冷却するための少なくとも1つの冷却器(9、15)を有し、また前記冷却器(9、15)が前記冷却液冷却器(18)の上流の位置にあり、それによって前記空気は、前記冷却液冷却器(18)を通して流れる前に前記冷却器(9、15)を通して流れ、前記気体媒体を冷却することを特徴とする請求項1から5までのいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記冷却器が、前記燃焼機関(2)へ導かれる圧縮空気を冷却するための給気冷却器(9)であることを特徴とする請求項1から6までのいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記冷却器が、前記燃焼機関(2)へ導かれる再循環排気ガスを冷却するためのEGR冷却器(13)であることを特徴とする請求項1から7までのいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記制御ユニット(22)が、前記冷却液冷却器(18)を通る前記空気の流れを押し進めるように意図されたファン(10)の速度を制御するように適合されていることを特徴とする請求項1から8までのいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記制御ユニット(22)が、前記冷却システム内の前記冷却液を循環させる冷却液ポンプ(15)を制御するように適合されていることを特徴とする請求項1から9までのいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 車両(1)内の燃焼機関(2)を冷却する冷却システム内の冷却液を暖めるための方法であって、前記冷却システムが、前記車両内の位置であって、周囲温度より高い温度(TA1、TA2)で空気が流れる位置にある冷却液冷却器(18)と、冷却液を前記燃焼機関(2)へ導く第1のライン(16a)、及び冷却液を前記冷却液冷却器(18)へ導く第2のライン(16b)を有するマニホルドと、冷却液を前記燃焼機関(2)へ導く第1の位置、及び冷却液を前記冷却液冷却器(18)へ導く第2の位置に配置することができる弁手段(17)とを有している方法において、
前記冷却システム内の前記冷却液が動作温度(TD)より低い温度(TC)であるかどうか、及び前記冷却液冷却器(18)を通って流れる前記空気が、前記冷却液の温度(TC)より高い温度(TA1、TA2)であるかどうかを評価するステップであって、これらの条件が満たされるると前記冷却液が前記冷却液冷却器(18)へ導かれるように前記弁手段(17)を前記第2の位置に配置し、それにより前記冷却液が、前記冷却液冷却器(18)を通って流れる前記空気によって前記却液冷却器(18)内で暖められるステップを特徴とする方法。
