Claims (10)
- 駆動部と、
前記駆動部に連結されたシャフトと、
前記シャフトによって回転するように駆動される偏心ハブと、
前記偏心ハブが回転することができるように前記偏心ハブを支持する固定支持構造と、
可動支持構造であって、前記可動支持構造が前記偏心ハブの回転運動を基に実質的に直線的に駆動するように前記偏心ハブに連結され、前記可動支持構造と前記可動支持構造に隣接した固定構造との間において物体を固定するように機能する可動支持構造と
を含む、型締機構。 - 前記偏心ハブがシャフトによって約180度未満の角度にわたり駆動される、請求項1に記載の型締機構。
- 前記型締機構の前記偏心ハブが前記シャフトを前記偏心ハブに連結する駆動キーにより前記シャフトによって駆動される、請求項2に記載の型締機構。
- 前記型締機構の前記可動支持構造が型の第1の部分を支持し、前記可動支持構造に隣接する前記固定構造が前記型の第2の部分である、請求項1に記載の型締機構。
- 印加される圧力を監視するために前記偏心ハブに設けるロードセルをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の型締機構。
- 単一の駆動部と、
前記駆動部に連結されたシャフトと、
複数の型締機構であって、各型締機構が、
前記シャフトによって回転するように駆動される偏心ハブと、
前記偏心ハブが回転することができるように前記偏心ハブを支持する固定支持構造と、
前記可動支持構造が前記偏心ハブの回転運動を基に実質的に直線的に駆動するように前記偏心ハブに連結された可動支持構造と
を含む型締システムであって、
前記複数の型締機構が圧盤を支持し、前記偏心ハブが作成された場合、前記複数の型締機構が前記圧盤と前記圧盤に隣接する固定構造との間において物体を型締めするように機能する、型締システム。 - 前記型締機構の前記偏心ハブが前記シャフトによって約180度未満の角度にわたり駆動される、請求項6に記載の型締システム。
- 前記シャフトを前記偏心ハブに連結する駆動キーによりシャフトによって駆動される前記型締機構の前記偏心ハブをさらに含む、請求項7に記載の型締システム。
- 型の第1の部分を支持する前記可動支持構造をさらに含み、前記可動支持構造に隣接する前記固定構造が前記型の第2の部分である、請求項6に記載の型締システム。
- 印加される圧力を監視するために前記偏心ハブに設けるロードセルをさらに含む、請求項6に記載の型締システム。
