Description
(1)凝集防止剤としての水溶性の糖類を、これを溶解するための最小量の水を用いて溶解する工程;
(2)工程(1)で得られた糖類の水溶液に生体適合性高分子及び/又は界面活性剤を加えて、均一に混合する工程;
(3)工程(2)で得られた混合物に活性成分を加え、均一なペースト状の混合物を作って、これを乾燥する工程;及び
(4)工程(3)で得られた乾燥した混合物を様々な製粉機(milling machines)のうちの1つ又はそれ以上を用いて連続的に製粉する工程。
Claims (11)
- 凝集防止剤としての糖類;生体適合性高分子及び/又は界面活性剤;及び活性成分;を水の存在下に均一に混合すること、この混合物を乾燥すること、及び乾燥した混合物を粉砕することを含んでなる、活性成分のナノ粒子粉末を製造する方法。
- 凝集防止剤としての糖類と生体適合性高分子及び/又は界面活性剤とのナノ粒子を製造すること、このナノ粒子を活性成分と均一に混合すること、及びこの混合物を粉砕することを含んでなる、活性成分のナノ粒子粉末を製造する方法。
- 活性成分が、生理活性有機化合物、有機金属化合物、天然抽出物、ペプチド、タンパク質及び多糖類よりなる群から選択される一つまたはそれ以上である、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 凝集防止剤としての糖類が、単糖類化合物、二糖類化合物、多糖類化合物及び糖アルコールよりなる群から選択される一つまたはそれ以上である、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 生体適合性高分子が、ゼラチン、カゼイン、デキストラン、アラビアゴム、トラガカントゴム、ポリエチレングリコール、カルボキシメチルセルロース、ヒドロキシプロピルセルロース、ヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロース、メチルセルロース、ヒドロキシエチルセルロース、ヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロースフタレート、非晶質セルロース、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリビニルピロリドン、ポロキサマー、オイドラギット(eudragit)、リゾチーム及びアルブミンよりなる群から選択される一つまたはそれ以上である、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 界面活性剤が、セチルピリジウムクロリド、リン脂質、脂肪酸、塩化ベンザルコニウム、ステアリン酸カルシウム、脂肪酸のグリセリンエステル、脂肪アルコール、セトマクロゴール、ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル、ソルビタンエステル、ポリオキシエチレンひまし油誘導体、ポリオキシエチレンソルビタン脂肪酸エステル、ドデシルトリメチルアンモニウムブロミド、ステアリン酸ポリオキシエチレン、ラウリル硫酸ナトリウム、蔗糖脂肪酸エステル、PEG−コレステロール及びPEG−ビタミンEよりなる群から選択される一つまたはそれ以上である、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 糖類、生体適合性高分子及び/又は界面活性剤、及び活性成分を混合するために糖類1gに対して、0.5mL〜10mLの水を使用する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 糖類と、生体適合性高分子及び/又は界面活性剤、及び活性成分の混合物を乾燥した後に、乾燥混合物が、水以外の固形分重量に対して、0.1〜15重量%の水分含量を有している、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 凝集防止剤としての糖類と生体適合性高分子及び/又は界面活性剤とのナノ粒子を製造して、ナノ粒子を活性成分と均一に混合した後に、均一な混合物が、固形分重量に対して、0.1〜15重量%の水分含量を有している、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 乾燥後で粉砕前に、糖類、生体適合性高分子及び/又は界面活性剤、及び活性成分の混合物を、水の存在下に造粒化する、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 粉砕が、押出機、ロールミルまたはロッドミルを用いる連続粉砕工程により遂行される、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
