Claims (18)
- (1)活性物質、潤滑剤としての脂質、及びガラス転移温度(glass transition temperature)が80℃以上の生体適合性高分子を含む混合物を提供する工程;
(2)製粉工程を介して前記工程(1)の生成物を粉砕する工程;及び
(3)超臨界流体を用いて前記工程(2)の生成物から脂質を除去する工程;
を含む、活性物質のナノ粒子の製造方法。 - 前記工程(1)が、活性物質、潤滑剤としての脂質、及びガラス転移温度が80℃以上の生体適合性高分子を物理的に均一に混合する工程である、請求項1に記載の活性物質のナノ粒子の製造方法。
- 前記工程(1)が、活性物質と潤滑剤としての脂質とを混合し、この混合物にガラス転移温度が80℃以上の生体適合性高分子を脱塩水と共に添加した後、その生成物を物理的に均一に混合する工程である、請求項1に記載の活性物質のナノ粒子の製造方法。
- 前記工程(1)が、活性物質、潤滑剤としての脂質、ガラス転移温度が80℃以上の生体適合性高分子、並びにガラス転移温度が80℃未満の生体適合性高分子、界面活性剤及び凝集防止剤から選ばれる一つ以上の追加成分を物理的に均一に混合する工程である、請求項1に記載の活性物質のナノ粒子の製造方法。
- 前記工程(1)が、活性物質と潤滑剤としての脂質とを混合し、この混合物にガラス転移温度が80℃以上の生体適合性高分子並びにガラス転移温度が80℃未満の生体適合性高分子、界面活性剤及び凝集防止剤から選ばれる一つ以上の追加成分を脱塩水と共に添加した後、その生成物を物理的に均一に混合する工程である、請求項1に記載の活性物質のナノ粒子の製造方法。
- 前記工程(1)が、活性物質及び潤滑剤としての脂質を水混和性有機溶媒に溶解し、得られた溶液を水に投入して固化した後、これをろ過し、乾燥し、得られた混合粉末にガラス転移温度が80℃以上の生体適合性高分子を添加し、その生成物を物理的に均一に混合する工程である、請求項1に記載の活性物質のナノ粒子の製造方法。
- 前記工程(1)が、活性物質及び潤滑剤としての脂質を水混和性有機溶媒に溶解し、得られた溶液を水に投入して固化した後、これをろ過し、乾燥し、得られた混合粉末にガラス転移温度が80℃以上の生体適合性高分子を脱塩水と共に添加し、その生成物を物理的に均一に混合する工程である、請求項1に記載の活性物質のナノ粒子の製造方法。
- 前記工程(1)が、活性物質及び潤滑剤としての脂質を水混和性有機溶媒に溶解し、得られた溶液を水に投入して固化した後、これをろ過し、乾燥し、得られた混合粉末にガラス転移温度が80℃以上の生体適合性高分子並びにガラス転移温度が80℃未満の生体適合性高分子、界面活性剤及び凝集防止剤から選ばれる一つ以上の追加成分を添加し、その生成物を物理的に均一に混合する工程である、請求項1に記載の活性物質のナノ粒子の製造方法。

- 前記工程(2)における製粉工程が、逆方向に回転するロールを用いて連続的に行われる、請求項1に記載の活性物質のナノ粒子の製造方法。
- 前記工程(3)における脂質除去が、前記工程(2)の生成物を含有する反応器に超臨界流体を連続的に投入及び流出することによって行われる、請求項1に記載の活性物質のナノ粒子の製造方法。

- 前記活性物質が、有機化合物、有機金属化合物、天然抽出物、タンパク質及びこれらの組み合わせから選ばれる、請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の活性物質のナノ粒子の製造方法。
- 前記脂質が、炭素数10〜22の飽和脂肪酸、炭素数10〜22の飽和脂肪酸エステル、炭素数10〜22の飽和脂肪アルコール、炭素数10〜22の飽和脂肪酸性基を有するモノ−、ジ−又はトリ−グリセリド、炭素数14以上の炭化水素及びこれらの組み合わせから選ばれる、請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の活性物質のナノ粒子の製造方法。
- 前記ガラス転移温度(Tg)が80℃以上の生体適合性高分子が、Tgが80℃以上のセルロース系の生体適合性高分子、Tgが80℃以上のポリビニルピロリドン、Tgが80℃以上のポリビニルアルコール及びTgが80℃以上のオイドラギット系の生体適合性高分子から選ばれる1種以上である、請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の活性物質のナノ粒子の製造方法。
