Abstract
Description
多様なポリマー単層被覆を押出しにより板紙上に導入し、板紙表面へのこれらの接着力を1〜5のスケールで定義し、分類は以下であった:
1=接着力なし、ポリマー層が剥離する;
2=不十分な接着力、剥離したポリマー層に一部の繊維が粘着する;
3=不十分な接着力、ポリマー層を引き離したとき、被覆領域で50%未満の板紙が破損する;
4=中程度の接着力、ポリマー層を引き離したとき、被覆領域で50%を超える板紙が破損する;
5=完全な接着力、ポリマー層を引き離したとき、被覆領域全体にわたって板紙が破損する。
ポリエステル1=PBS、
ポリエステル2=PBS、
ポリエステル3=PBAT、
ポリエステル4=PBAT、
ポリエステル5=PBSA、
ポリエステル6=PBAT、
添加剤=エチレンブチレンアクリレートグリシジルメタクリレートターポリマー。
異なるポリマーで押出被覆された数片の板紙を生地板紙(blank board)表面にヒートシールした。ポリマー被覆と板紙表面の間のシーリングを1〜5のスケールで定義し、分類は以下であった:
1=シーリングなし;
2=不十分なシーリング、シールされた表面を本質的に一片として互いに引き離すことができる;
3=不十分なシーリング、引き離したとき、ポリマー被覆領域で50%未満の板紙が破損する;
4=中程度のシーリング、引き離したとき、ポリマー被覆領域で50%を超える板紙が破損する;
5=完全なシーリング、引き離したとき、被覆領域の全体にわたって板紙が損傷する。
Claims (18)
- 繊維基材(1)及びこの上に押し出されているポリマー被覆層(2〜8)を含むヒートシール性生分解性包装材料において、該材料が、繊維基材に接して配置されている内側被覆層(2)及び材料の外面を構成する外側被覆層(3)を含み、該内側被覆層が、層と繊維基材の間の接着力を改善するためにポリラクチド及びそれとブレンドされている生分解性ポリエステルを含有し、該外側被覆層が、層のヒートシーリング能力を改善するためにポリラクチド及びそれとブレンドされている生分解性ポリエステルを含有し、内側層(2)におけるポリラクチドの部分が外側層(3)におけるポリラクチドの部分よりも多くなっていることを特徴とする包装材料。
- 内側及び外側被覆層(2、3)が、同じ生分解性ポリエスエルをブレンドして含有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の包装材料。
- 内側及び/又は外側被覆層(2、3)が、生分解性脂肪族芳香族コポリエステルを含有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の包装材料。
- 生分解性コポリエステルが、1,4−ブタンジオール、アジピン酸及びテレフタル酸モノマーから重合されるものであることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の包装材料。
- 内側及び/又は外側被覆層(2、3)が、接着力及び/又はヒートシーリング能力を改善する5重量%以下のアクリルコポリマーをブレンドして更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の包装材料。
- アクリルコポリマーが、エチレンブチルアクリレートグリシジルメタクリレートターポリマーであることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の包装材料。
- 繊維基材に接して配置されている内側被覆層(2)が、55〜95重量%のポリラクチド、5〜40重量%の生分解性ポリエステル、及び0〜5重量%のアクリルコポリマーを含有することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の包装材料。
- 繊維基材に接して配置されている内側被覆層(2)が、65〜90重量%のポリラクチド、10〜30重量%の生分解性ポリエステル、及び0〜5重量%のアクリルコポリマーを含有することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の包装材料。
- 外側ヒートシール性被覆層(3)が、35〜90重量%のポリラクチド、10〜60重量%の生分解性ポリエステル、及び0〜5重量%のアクリルコポリマーを含有することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の包装材料。
- 外側ヒートシール性被覆層(3)が、50〜80重量%のポリラクチド、20〜45重量%の生分解性ポリエステル、及び0〜5重量%のアクリルコポリマーを含有することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の包装材料。
- 該内側及び外側被覆層の間に、少なくとも1つのポリマー中間層(4〜7)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の包装材料。
- 中間層(4、6、7)が主にポリラクチドのみから構成されることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の包装材料。
- 中間層(5)が、ポリビニルアルコール又はポリグリコール酸などの、水蒸気及び/又は酸素に対してバリアを形成する生分解性ポリマーから構成されることを特徴とする、請求項11又は12に記載の包装材料。
- 請求項1乃至13のいずれか1項に記載の包装材料を製造する方法において、少なくとも2つの重複ポリマー被覆層が繊維基材(1)上に押し出され、そのうち繊維基材に接触する内側被覆層(2)が、層と繊維基材の間の接着力を改善するためにポリラクチド及びそれとブレンドされている生分解性ポリエステルを含有し、材料の外面を構成する外側被覆層(3)が、層のヒートシーリング能力を改善するためにポリラクチド及びそれとブレンドされている生分解性ポリエステルを含有し、内側層(2)におけるポリラクチドの部分が外側層(3)におけるポリラクチドの部分よりも多いことを特徴とする方法。
- 少なくとも3つの重複ポリマー被覆層が、該内側及び外側被覆層(2、3)の間の少なくとも1つの中間層(4、6、7)が主にポリラクチドのみから構成されるように繊維基材上に押し出されることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも3つの重複ポリマー被覆層が、該内側及び外側被覆層(2、3)の間の少なくとも1つの中間層(5)が水蒸気及び/又は酸素に対するバリアを改善するポリビニルアルコール又はポリグリコール酸などの生分解性ポリマーから構成されるように繊維基材(1)上に押し出されることを特徴とする、請求項14又は15に記載の方法。
- 被覆層(2〜7)が同時押出しにより繊維基材上に導入されることを特徴とする、請求項14乃至16のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1乃至13のいずれか1項に記載の包装材料から構成される製品包装であって、ポリラクチド及びそれにブレンドされている生分解性ポリエスエルを含有する最上層(3)と材料の反対側の非被覆繊維基材(1)とをヒートシーリングすることによって密閉されている製品包装。
