Abstract
Description
− 複数の異なる動作のために適合された単純な標準コンポーネントの利用によるその高い柔軟性により、高い幾何学的精度をもって効率的な力の移動を行うものとして、自動車車両に対するバッテリの鎖錠および解錠作業を標準化するのに適している。
− コストの削減をもたらす。
− 標準インターフェースによるシステムをなし、外形寸法も最適化されるため、バッテリ交換サービスステーションにおける設置に適している。
− 受け入れる車両形式に適合させることができる汎用的なバッテリ交換サービスステーションのネットワークを構築するのに適している。
Claims (12)
- 自動車車両駆動モータの電源バッテリの鎖錠および/または解錠を操作するためのツールボックス装置において、複数の異なるモジュール(2)を支える支持構造(1)を備え、それぞれの前記モジュール(2)が、バッテリ鎖錠/解錠機構の少なくとも1つの把持システム(6)と少なくとも1つの操作手段(3、4、5)とを有しており、前記操作手段の数は、バッテリの鎖錠/解錠を実行するために行う動作の数に関係することを特徴とするツールボックス装置。
- 把持システム(6)をそれぞれ備える4つのモジュール(2)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のツールボックス装置。
- 前記支持構造(1)に対して少なくとも1の自由度が前記モジュールに与えられるようにする連結インターフェース(7)を含む少なくとも1つのモジュール(2)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1または2のいずれかに記載のツールボックス装置。
- 把持システム(6)の係合を解除することができる第1の操作手段(3)を備えるモジュール(2)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載のツールボックス装置。
- 前記モジュール(2)が、必要な力の移動および増大を可能にするために前記第1の操作手段(3)の端部に設置したカムシステム(8)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のツールボックス装置。
- 把持システム(6)の端部(11)を自動車車両のバッテリのラッチの対応する手段に対して鎖錠および解錠するための第2の操作手段(4)を含むモジュール(2)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし5のいずれか一項に記載のツールボックス装置。
- 前記モジュール(2)の前記把持システム(6)の端部(11)が、自動車車両のバッテリの前記ラッチのキノコ形の対応する手段(21)と連結するのに適した2つのポート(12)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のツールボックス装置。
- 自動車車両のバッテリの鎖錠/解錠を操作することができる第3の操作手段(5)を備えるモジュール(2)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1ないし7のいずれか一項に記載のツールボックス装置。
- 自動車車両のバッテリの鎖錠/解錠の操作が、前記把持システム(6)の並進運動および回転運動によって得られることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のツールボックス装置。
- 前記支持構造(1)レベルにおける力を制限し、それによってその損傷を防ぐ「ローラ」システム(9)を備えるモジュール(2)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1ないし9のいずれか一項に記載のツールボックス装置。
- 自動車車両のバッテリ交換システムにおいて、請求項1ないし10のいずれか一項に記載のツールボックス装置と、その垂直移動を可能にする前記ツールボックス装置の吊上げ装置(13)とを備えることを特徴とするバッテリ交換システム。
- 自動車車両駆動モータの電源バッテリ交換ステーションにおいて、自動車車両のバッテリを交換するための請求項1ないし10のいずれか一項に記載のツールボックス装置を備えることを特徴とするバッテリ交換ステーション。
