Description
Claims (3)
- 繊維の酸化処理のため、特にカーボンファイバーの製造のための酸化炉であって、
a)繊維の入口領域及び出口領域を除いて気密なハウジングと、
b)該ハウジングの内部に配置されたプロセスチャンバーと、
c)該プロセスチャンバーの中央領域に配置されることによって、反対方向に前記プロセスチャンバーへと熱風が吹き出されることができ、互いに他方の上方で鉛直方向に離間して配置され、且つ、熱風の入口孔及び反対側部に熱風のための出口孔をそれぞれ有する複数の吹出ボックスを具備する吹出装置と、
d)前記プロセスチャンバーの両方の対向する端部領域にあって、前記プロセスチャンバーから熱風を引き込むためのそれぞれの吸込装置と、
e)前記吹出装置、前記プロセスチャンバー及び2つの前記吸込装置を通して熱風を循環させる少なくとも1つの通風機と、
f)循環熱風の流体経路に配置された少なくとも1つの加熱装置と、
g)互いに他方の上方に配置された前記吹出ボックス間の間隙を通って蛇行式で繊維を案内するガイドローラーと、を有する酸化炉において、
h)互いに他方の上方の空間に配置された前記吹出ボックス(18)の2つの積層体が設けられ、繊維(20)の移動方向から見て他方の後方の空間に配置されており、且つ/又は、
i)積層状の前記吹出ボックス(118)が、上面及び底面において熱風のための少なくとも1つの付加的出口孔(130)を有することを特徴とする酸化炉。 - 前記吹出ボックス(18)の隣接して配置された積層体間の水平距離が、積層体の前記吹出ボックス(18)間の鉛直距離の2倍に等しく、且つ、最大で、酸化炉(1)の長手方向において、前記吹出ボックス(18)の寸法と等しいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の酸化炉。
- 前記吹出ボックス(18)が、上面及び底面において中心線に沿って、熱風のための複数の付加的出口孔(130)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の酸化炉。
