Abstract
Description
パターン部分を形成する樹脂組成物はバインダーとアクリル系重合性モノマーを含むことを特徴とするが、一実施形態において、前記パターン部分を形成する樹脂組成物は、バインダーを50〜90質量部、アクリル系重合性モノマーを10〜50質量部含みうる。バインダーの含量が50質量部未満の場合、高比重化の効果および収縮率の減少の効果が低く、90質量部を超過して用いる場合、粘度が高くなって作業性が劣る。
本発明で用いられる母材を形成する人造大理石スラリーとしては、アクリル系モノマーとこれらの重合物であるポリアクリレートが溶解されている樹脂シロップを用いることができる。
臭化エポキシアクリレート85質量部とメチルメタクリレート15質量部とからなる樹脂組成物100質量部に、n−ドデシルメルカプタン0.2質量部、水酸化アルミニウム5質量部を混合してパターン(柄)形成用組成物(A)を用意した。また、ポリメチルメタクリレートをメチルメタクリレートに溶解して作ったシロップ100質量部に、水酸化アルミニウム140質量部、人造大理石を破鎖して多様な大きさで製造した人造大理石チップ混合物60質量部、トリメチルプロパントリアクリレート1.5質量部、n−ドデシルメルカプタン0.2質量部、水酸化カルシウム1.0質量部を混合して母材を形成する人造大理石スラリー(B)を用意した。
臭化ウレタンアクリレート85質量部、ブロモスチレン5質量部、およびメチルメタクリレート10質量部からなる樹脂組成物100質量部に、n−ドデシルメルカプタン0.2質量部、水酸化アルミニウム10質量部を混合してパターン形成用組成物(A)を用意したことを除いては、実施例1と同様に行った。製造した人造大理石の写真を図3に示す。
臭化エポキシアクリレート80質量部、スチレン5質量部、およびメチルメタクリレート15質量部からなる樹脂組成物100質量部に、n−ドデシルメルカプタン0.2質量部、水酸化アルミニウム15質量部を混合してパターン形成用組成物(A)を用意したことを除いては、実施例1と同様に行った。製造した人造大理石の写真を図4に示す。
ポリメチルメタクリレートをメチルメタクリレートに溶解して作ったシロップ100質量部に、水酸化アルミニウム140質量部、トリメチルプロパントリアクリレート1.5質量部、n−ドデシルメルカプタン0.2質量部、水酸化カルシウム1.0質量部を混合してパターン形成用組成物(A)を用意したことを除いては、実施例1と同様に行った。製造した人造大理石の写真を図5に示す。
ポリメチルメタクリレートをメチルメタクリレートに溶解して作ったシロップ100質量部に、トリメチルプロパントリアクリレート1.5質量部、n−ドデシルメルカプタン0.2質量部、水酸化カルシウム1.0質量部を混合してパターン形成用組成物(A)を用意したことを除いては、実施例1と同様に行った。
不飽和ポリエステル樹脂(大韓民国の愛敬化学株式会社製のTP−145(商品名))36質量部とスチレン64質量部とを混合して製造した樹脂組成物100質量部に、n−ドデシルメルカプタン0.5質量部、水酸化アルミニウム130質量部を混合してパターン形成用組成物(A)を用意したことを除いては、実施例1と同様に行った。
エポキシアクリレートオリゴマー60質量部、スチレンモノマー40質量部で製造されたビニルエステル樹脂(大韓民国の愛敬化学株式会社製のDION−9120(商品名))100質量部に、n−ドデシルメルカプタン0.2質量部を混合してパターン形成用組成物(A)を用意したことを除いては、実施例1と同様に行った。
Claims (12)
- 母材部分とパターン部分とからなる人造大理石であって、前記パターン部分の比重が1.6〜2.0であり、無定形のパターンを有する人造大理石。
- 前記パターン部分の透明性が70%以上である、請求項1に記載の人造大理石。
- 前記パターン部分が、バインダーとアクリル系重合性モノマーとを含む樹脂組成物を硬化させて形成され、
前記バインダーが、ハロゲン化ウレタンアクリレート、ハロゲン化エポキシアクリレート、およびこれらの混合物よりなる群から選択される一つ以上である、請求項1に記載の人造大理石。 - 前記樹脂組成物が、バインダーを50〜90質量部、アクリル系重合性モノマーを10〜50質量部含む、請求項3に記載の人造大理石。
- 前記アクリル系重合性モノマー100質量部に対して、反応性モノマーとして1〜100質量部のスチレン系モノマーをさらに含む、請求項3に記載の人造大理石。
- 前記アクリル系重合性モノマーが、メチル(メタ)アクリレート、エチル(メタ)アクリレート、2−エチルへキシル(メタ)アクリレート、オキシル(メタ)アクリレート、ドデシル(メタ)アクリレート、オクタデシル(メタ)アクリレート、メチルシクロヘキシル(メタ)アクリレート、イソボルニル(メタ)アクリレート、フェニル(メタ)アクリレート、ベンジル(メタ)アクリレート、クロロフェニル(メタ)アクリレート、メトキシフェニル(メタ)アクリレート、ブロモフェニル(メタ)アクリレート、エチレングリコールジ(メタ)アクリレート、1,2−プロピレングリコール(メタ)アクリレート、1,3−ブタンジオールジ(メタ)アクリレート、1,3−プロピレングリコール(メタ)アクリレート、1,4−ブタンジオールジ(メタ)アクリレート、1,5−ペンタンジオールジ(メタ)アクリレート、ネオペンチルグリコールジ(メタ)アクリレート、ジエチレングリコールジ(メタ)アクリレート、トリエチレングリコールジ(メタ)アクリレート、ジプロピレングリコールジ(メタ)アクリレート、トリメチロールプロパントリ(メタ)アクリレート、 ペンタエリトリトールトリ(メタ)アクリレート、ペンタエリトリトールテトラ(メタ)アクリレート、ジペンタエリトリトールヘキサ(メタ)アクリレート、エトキシエトキシエチルアクリレート、グリシジルメタクリル酸のエポキシアクリレート、1,6−ヘキサンジオールジ(メタ)アクリレート、グリセリントリ(メタ)アクリレート、メチルプロパンジオールジ(メタ)アクリレート、ポリエチレングリコールジ(メタ)アクリレート、およびこれらの混合物よりなる群から選択される一つ以上である、請求項3に記載の人造大理石。
- 前記樹脂組成物が、前記バインダーおよび前記アクリル系重合性モノマー100質量部に対して、0.1〜50質量部の無機充填剤をさらに含む、請求項3に記載の人造大理石。
- 前記樹脂組成物が、色相付与剤、消泡剤、カップリング剤、紫外線吸収剤、光拡散剤、重合抑制剤、帯電防止剤、難燃剤、熱安定剤、およびこれらの混合物よりなる群から選択される一つ以上の添加剤をさらに含む、請求項3に記載の人造大理石。
- ハロゲン化ウレタンアクリレート、ハロゲン化エポキシアクリレート、およびこれらの混合物よりなる群から選択される一つ以上のバインダーに、アクリル系重合性モノマーを混合してパターン形成用樹脂組成物(A)を製造する段階;
溶解されたポリアクリレ−トおよびアクリル系モノマーを混合して母材を形成する人造大理石スラリー(B)を製造する段階;および
それぞれ用意したパターン形成用樹脂組成物(A)および母材を形成する人造大理石スラリー(B)を成形セルに不規則に供給して硬化させる段階;
を含む、無定形のパターンを有する人造大理石の製造方法。 - 前記パターン形成用樹脂組成物(A)が、前記バインダーを50〜90質量部、前記アクリル系重合性モノマーを10〜50質量部含む、請求項9に記載の製造方法。
- 前記パターン形成用樹脂組成物(A)が、前記アクリル系重合性モノマー100質量部に対して、反応性モノマーとして1〜100質量部のスチレン系モノマーをさらに含む、請求項9に記載の製造方法。
- 前記パターン形成用樹脂組成物(A)が、前記バインダーおよび前記アクリル系重合性モノマー100質量部に対して、0.1〜50質量部の無機充填剤をさらに含む、請求項9に記載の無定形のパターンを有する人造大理石の製造方法。
