Description
低圧ポンプ又はプレフィードポンプと、
高圧ピストンポンプと、
燃料タンクをプレフィードポンプへと接続するよう構成された第1の支管と、プレフィードポンプを高圧ピストンポンプへと接続するよう構成された第2の支管と、高圧ピストンポンプを内燃機関へと接続するよう構成された第3の支管と、を備える油圧巡回路と、
を備える。
−電気的に作動されるプレフィード・変流量ポンプと、
−ポンプケーシング、及び、ポンプケーシング内に収容されたピストン運動機構を有する高圧ピストンポンプと、
−タンクをプレフィードポンプに接続するための第1の支管と、プレフィードポンプを高圧ピストンポンプへと接続するための第2の支管と、高圧ピストンポンプを内燃機関へと接続するための第3の支管と、を備える油圧巡回路であって、油圧巡回路の第2の支管はプレフィードポンプの下流で、燃料の一部を高圧ピストンポンプの吸引口へと搬送しプレフィードポンプを直接的に高圧ピストンポンプの吸引口へと接続するよう構成された第1の流路と、少なくとも1つの調整孔を通じて燃料流量を流れさせながら、燃料の一部をケーシング内に搬送しプレフィードポンプをケーシングへと接続するよう構成された第2の流路と、に分岐するよう構成される、油圧巡回路と、
を備える、タンクから内燃機関へと燃料を供給するシステムが提供される。このようにして、燃料供給システムは、油圧巡回路の第2の支管上にもはや、電気的に制御されるシャッタ弁と、機械的な過圧弁と、を必要とせず、結果的に、システムの容積及び製造コストが大幅に縮小される。高圧ピストンポンプの内部に調整孔を作成することは、実際には、ポンプケーシングに機械的な過圧弁又は潤滑弁を挿入するよりも遥かに容易である。
Claims (8)
- タンク(2)から内燃機関(3)へと燃料を供給するシステム(1)であって、
前記システムは、
−電気的に作動されるプレフィード・変流量ポンプ(9)と、
−ポンプケーシング(15)、及び、前記ポンプケーシング(15)内に収容されたピストン運動機構(17)を有する高圧ピストンポンプ(10)と、
−前記タンク(2)を前記プレフィードポンプ(9)に接続するための第1の支管(11)と、前記プレフィードポンプ(9)を前記高圧ピストンポンプ(10)へと接続するための第2の支管(12)と、前記高圧ピストンポンプ(10)を前記内燃機関(3)へと接続するための第3の支管(13)と、を備える油圧巡回路(7)であって、前記油圧巡回路(7)の前記第2の支管は前記プレフィードポンプ(9)の下流で、前記燃料の一部を高圧ピストンポンプ(10)の吸引口へと搬送し前記プレフィードポンプ(9)を前記高圧ピストンポンプ(10)の吸引口へと直接接続するよう構成された第1の流路(12a)と、少なくとも1つの調整孔(27)を通じて前記燃料の一部を流れさせながら、前記燃料の一部を前記ケーシング(15)内に搬送し前記プレフィードポンプ(9)を前記ケーシング(15)へと接続するよう構成された第2の流路(12b)と、に分岐するよう構成される、前記油圧巡回路(7)と、
を備える、タンク(2)から内燃機関(3)へと燃料を供給するシステム(1)。 - 前記プレフィード・変流量ポンプ(9)を制御し、前記プレフィード・変流量ポンプ(9)の前記流量を、前記内燃機関(3)の瞬間燃料必要量に応じて調整するよう構成された制御ユニット(8)を備える、請求項1に記載の燃料供給システム(1)。
- 前記ピストン運動機構(17)は、前記ケーシング(15)の室部(16)内で軸方向に回転するように取り付けられた前記ケーシング(15)を貫く回転軸(19)を備え、前記ケーシング(15)は、前記ケーシング(15)の前記室部(16)を画定し密封するよう構成された支持ハブ(15a)であって、高圧ピストンポンプ(10)の前記供給弁(21)を互いに連絡し及び前記油圧巡回路(7)の前記第2の支管(12)と連絡して配置するのに適した外環状流路(28)を具備する上記支持ハブ(15a)を含み、前記油圧巡回路(7)の前記第2の支管(12)の第2の流路(12b)は、前記支持ハブ(15a)の胴体内の、前記外環状流路(28)と前記室部(16)との間に延びる貫通孔により定義され、前記貫通孔の一区間は、前記少なくとも1つの調整孔(27)を形成する、請求項1又は2に記載の燃料供給システム。
- 前記支持ハブ(15a)は、前記支持軸受(23)の横側に、環状密封ガスケット(24)を収容する座部(30)を具備し、かつ、前記環状密封ガスケット(24)を収容する前記座部(30)が前記室部(16)と直接連絡されるように、前記ハブ(15a)の胴体内の前記外環状流路(28)と下層の軸受(23)との間に延びる1つ以上の接続貫通流路(29)を具備し、前記第2の支管(12)の前記第2の流路(12b)は、前記外環状流路(28)内から前記接続貫通流路(29)へと延びる、請求項3に記載の燃料供給システム。
- 前記支持ハブ(15a)は、前記接続貫通流路(29)の前記2つの末端のうちの一方に、流密シールを形成するプラグ胴体(31)を備える、請求項4に記載の燃料供給システム。
- 前記第2の支管(12)の前記第2の流路(12b)を形成する前記貫通孔は直線的である、請求項3、4、又は5に記載の燃料供給システム。
- 前記油圧巡回路(7)は、前記ケーシング(15)を前記タンク(2)へと接続する第4の支管(25)を備える、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の燃料供給システム。
- 前記油圧巡回路(7)は、前記油圧巡回路(7)の前記第4の支管(25)沿いにチョーク手段(26)を備える、請求項7に記載の燃料供給システム。
