Claims (10)
- 排気ガスターボ過給機(1)であって、
−圧縮機ハウジング(3)を有し、
−第1の締結装置(19)によって一方の端部で前記圧縮機ハウジング(3)に接続することができる軸受ハウジング(28)を有し、
−第2の締結装置(20)によって軸受ハウジング(28)の他方の端部で前記軸受ハウジング(28)に接続することができるタービンハウジング(2)を有し、前記圧縮機ハウジング(3)、前記軸受ハウジング(28)及び前記タービンハウジング(2)が、前記排気ガスターボ過給機の長手方向軸線(R)に沿って延びる排気ガスターボ過給機(1)において、
−前記第1の締結装置(19)がプラグ・アンド・ツイスト接続装置として設計されることを特徴とする排気ガスターボ過給機(1)。 - 前記第1の接続装置(19)が、前記圧縮機ハウジング(3)に配置されかつ第1のロック歯(22)を有する第1の締結具リング(21)であって、前記第1のロック歯が排気ガスターボ過給機の長手方向軸線(R)の方を向きかつ互いに離間して配置される第1の締結具リング(21)と、前記軸受ハウジング(28)に配置されかつ第2のロック歯(24)を有する第2の締結具リング(23)であって、前記第2のロック歯が前記第1のロック歯(22)と相補的でありかつ互いに離間して配置される第2の締結具リング(23)とを有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の排気ガスターボ過給機。
- 前記第1の締結具リング(21)が前記圧縮機ハウジング(3)と一体に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の排気ガスターボ過給機。
- 前記第2の締結具リング(23)が前記軸受ハウジング(28)と一体に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項2又は3に記載の排気ガスターボ過給機。
- 前記第1及び第2の締結具リング(21と23)が、フライス及び旋削工程によって前記圧縮機ハウジング(3)及び前記軸受ハウジング(28)のハウジングブランクからそれぞれ形成されることを特徴とする、請求項3又は4に記載の排気ガスターボ過給機。
- 前記第1及び第2の締結具リング(21と23)が、前記圧縮機ハウジング(3)及び前記軸受ハウジング(28)にそれぞれ接続することができる別個の部分として形成されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の排気ガスターボ過給機。
- 前記第1及び/又は第2のロック歯(22及び/又は24)にランオン斜面(25)が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項2〜6のいずれか1項に記載の排気ガスターボ過給機。
- 前記第1の締結装置(19)に、前記軸受ハウジング(28)と前記圧縮機ハウジング(3)との間の接続のゆるみを防止するための固定ピン(27)が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の排気ガスターボ過給機。
- 前記固定ピン(27)にインジケータ(29)が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の排気ガスターボ過給機。
- 前記第1の接続装置(19)がバヨネット接続の方式で設計されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の排気ガスターボ過給機。
