Abstract
Description
WO2006/016441A1はバッテリ装置に関連しており、ここでは薄い金属板が点溶接される。薄く形成された金属板にレーザ溶接によって種々異なる溶接点が形成され、この場合には金属板を製造している金属材料は比較的低融点を有する。金属板はアルミニウムまたは銅から製造されている。複数の金属板が実質的に1つのラミネート構造の装置を形成している。これらの金属板は積層形に配置されており、積層体として1つのバッテリ装置を形成している。
図2の概略図から、複数のバッテリセル10が連結されて1つのバッテリパックまたは1つのバッテリモジュール12になる構造が見て取れる。
Claims (13)
- とりわけバッテリセル(10)のコンタクトピン(30ないし32)と交差接続部材(34)との間で導電接続を形成する方法において、
a)前記コンタクトピン(30,32)を材料Aから製造し、前記交差接続部材(34)を材料Aとは異なる材料Bから製造するか、または、
b)前記コンタクトピン(30,32)を材料Bから製造し、前記交差接続部材(34)を材料Bとは異なる材料Aから製造し、
c)前記交差接続部材(34)に開口部(35)を形成し、
d)前記コンタクトピン(30,32)と前記交差接続部材(34)との間でレーザ溶接によって素材結合による接続(52,58,60,64,76,78,80)を形成する、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記材料Aはアルミニウム合金であり、前記材料Bは銅または銅合金である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記コンタクトピン(30,32)は有利には円形形状に形成され、前記材料Aと材料Bのうちより低温で融解する材料から製造される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記交差接続部材(34)は、前記材料AおよびBのうちより高温で融解する材料から形成される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記交差接続部材(34)に、前記材料AおよびBのうち、前記コンタクトピン(30ないし32)を製造している材料の被覆(42)が設けられる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記交差接続部材(34)に設けられた開口部(35)に、前記材料AおよびBのうち、前記コンタクトピン(30ないし32)を製造している材料の被覆(42)が設けられる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記ステップd)によって規定された材料A,Bの質量成分が溶融プールにて融解され、
ただしCuの質量成分は0%から53%で残りがアルミニウムであるか、または、
Cuの質量成分は91%から100%で残りがアルミニウムである
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記コンタクトピン(30ないし32)の直径段部(40)にて、前記交差接続部(34)の、キノコ形(44)の形状の融解が行われる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記ステップd)での素材結合による接続は、リング形接合部(58)またはセグメント状の接合部(60)またはU字形接合部(64)として形成されるか、または、点状の溶込溶接(76)またはセグメント状の溶込溶接(78)として形成されるか、または、突合せ溶接(80)として形成される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記点状の溶込溶接(76)は、前記コンタクトピン(30ないし32)の平坦な部分と、前記交差接続部材(34)に設けられたスリット形の開口部(72)との間に形成される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から9の1つまたは複数に記載の方法。 - 前記セグメント状の溶込溶接(78)は、前記セグメント状の接合部(60)の個々の接合部セグメント(66)と、継目板形に形成された前記交差接続部材(34)に設けられたスリット形の開口部(72)との間に形成される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から10の1つまたは複数に記載の方法。 - 前記突合せ溶接(80)は、前記コンタクトピン(30ないし32)の周囲溝(68)と、前記継目板形に形成された交差接続部材(34)に設けられたスリット形の開口部(72)とに沿って形成される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から11の1つまたは複数に記載の方法。 - コンタクトピン(30,32)と、交差接続部材(34)との間、とりわけバッテリパック(12)のバッテリセル(10)同士の間の電気コンタクトにおいて、
前記コンタクトピン(30ないし32)は、継目板形に形成された交差接続部材(34)と、開口部(35)またはスリット形の開口部(72)とを有しており、レーザ溶接により素材結合によって接合されており、
前記素材結合による接続(52)は、リング形接合部(58)、セグメント状の接合部(60)、U字形接合部(64)、点状の溶込溶接(76)、セグメント状の溶込溶接(78)、または突合せ溶接(80)として、前記継目板形に形成された交差接続部材(34)と前記コンタクトピン(30ないし32)との間に設けられている、
ことを特徴とする電気コンタクト。
