Description
90°角度剥離接着強度試験90°の角度での剥離接着強度の評価は、ASTM国際規格D3330の方法Fに記載のように、1.3cm×20cm(1/2インチ×8インチ)試験試料を用いて、IMASS SP−200滑り/剥離試験機(IMASS,Inc.(Accord,MA)から入手可能)を305mm/分(12インチ/分)の剥離速度で使用して、行った。2.0kg(4.5ポンド)のゴムローラーでテープをロールダウンすることにより、4回の通過を用いて、試料を試験パネルに接着させた。試験パネルには以下のものが挙げられる。

- 第一官能基を有するポリイソブチレンポリマーと、
アクリルポリマーであって、第二官能基が前記アクリルポリマー主鎖に存在するアクリルポリマーと、を含む、感圧性接着剤組成物であって、
前記第一官能基と前記第二官能基は水素結合を形成する、感圧性接着剤組成物。 - 前記第一又は第二官能基が水素結合受容体であり、前記官能基のうちのもう一方が水素結合供与体である、請求項1に記載の感圧性接着剤組成物。
- 前記ポリイソブチレンが10,000g/モル未満の数平均分子量を有する、請求項1に記載の感圧性接着剤組成物。
- 前記ポリイソブチレンが15,000g/モル未満の数平均分子量を有する、請求項1に記載の感圧性接着剤組成物。
- 前記第一又は第二官能基がアミン又はイミドであり、前記官能基のうちのもう一方がカルボン酸である、請求項1に記載の感圧性接着剤組成物。
- 前記アクリルポリマーが少なくとも1つのアクリル(メタ)アクリレートと少なくとも1つのカルボン酸のコポリマーである、請求項1に記載の感圧性接着剤組成物。
- 前記アルキル(メタ)アクリレートがC4〜C20アルキル(メタ)アクリレートである、請求項6に記載の感圧性接着剤組成物。
- 前記アルキル(メタ)アクリレートがC4〜C8アルキル(メタ)アクリレートである、請求項6に記載の感圧性接着剤組成物。
- 前記接着剤組成物が、前記アクリルポリマーの前記ポリマー主鎖に存在する前記第二官能基を共有結合により架橋する化学的架橋剤を更に含む、請求項1に記載の感圧性接着剤組成物。
- 前記架橋剤がアジリジン架橋剤から選択される、請求項9に記載の感圧性接着剤組成物。
- 前記組成物が非官能化ポリイソブチレンを更に含む、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の感圧性接着剤組成物。
- 前記非官能化ポリイソブチレンが約75,000g/モル〜4,000,000g/モルの範囲の重量平均分子量を有する、請求項11に記載の感圧性接着剤組成物。
- 前記組成物が、10,000g/モル未満の数平均分子量を有する非官能化ポリイソブチレンを含む、請求項11又は12に記載の感圧性接着剤組成物。
- 粘着付与樹脂、可塑剤又はこれらの混合物を更に含む、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の感圧性接着剤組成物。
- 基材と、
前記基材の少なくとも1つの表面の上にコーティングされた請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の感圧性接着剤と、を含む、物品。 - 前記物品がテープである、請求項15に記載の物品。
- 基材を準備することと、
請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の感圧性接着剤を前記基材の表面の上に塗布することと、
前記感圧性接着剤を別の基材に接触させることと、を含む、接着方法。 - 少なくとも1つの基材が37ダイン/cm未満の表面エネルギーを有する、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 第一官能基を有するポリイソブチレンポリマーと、
