Claims (18)
- 第1領域及び前記第1領域に隣接する第2領域を含む第1基板と、
前記第1領域に配置される多数個の太陽電池と、
前記第1領域に配置されて前記第2領域を露出させ、前記太陽電池の上に配置される第2基板と、
を含むことを特徴とする、太陽光発電装置。 - 前記太陽電池に連結され、前記第1領域から前記第2領域に延びるバスバーを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の太陽光発電装置。
- 前記第2領域に配置され、前記バスバーと連結される連結配線を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の太陽光発電装置。
- 前記第2領域に及び前記第2基板の側面に配置されるジャンクションボックスを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の太陽光発電装置。
- 前記太陽電池のうちの1つに接続され、前記第1領域から前記第2領域に延びる第1バスバーと、
前記太陽電池のうちの他の1つに接続され、前記第1領域から前記第2領域に延びる第2バスバーと、
前記第1バスバー及び前記第2バスバーに連結され、前記第2領域に配置されるダイオードと、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の太陽光発電装置。 - 前記第1基板の側面に配置され、前記第2領域を覆うフレームを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の太陽光発電装置。
- 前記第1基板の下に第3基板が配置され、
前記第1基板及び前記第3基板の間には窒素または不活性気体が充填されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の太陽光発電装置。 - 前記第1基板及び前記第2基板の間に介され、前記第1領域に配置され、前記第2領域を露出させる緩衝フィルムを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の太陽光発電装置。
- 第1基板と、
前記第1基板の上に配置される第2基板と、
前記第1基板及び前記第2基板の間に介される太陽電池と、
前記第1基板の上面及び前記第2基板の側面に配置されるジャンクションボックスと、
を含むことを特徴とする、太陽光発電装置。 - 前記太陽電池に接続され、前記ジャンクションボックスの内に延びるバスバーを含むことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の太陽光発電装置。
- 前記バスバーに連結され、前記ジャンクションボックスから外部に延びる連結配線を含むことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の太陽光発電装置。
- 前記ジャンクションボックスの内に配置され、前記バスバーに連結されるダイオードを含むことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の太陽光発電装置。
- 前記第1基板の外郭、前記第2基板の外郭、及び前記ジャンクションボックスを収容するフレームを含むことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の太陽光発電装置。
- 前記第1基板及び前記第2基板は互いに段差を形成することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の太陽光発電装置。
- 第1基板と、
前記第1基板の上に配置される第1太陽電池及び第2太陽電池と、
前記第1基板の上に配置され、前記第1太陽電池に接続される第1バスバーと、
前記第1基板の上に配置され、前記第2太陽電池に接続される第2バスバーと、
前記第1バスバーに連結され、前記第1基板の上面に配置される第1連結配線と、
前記第2バスバーに連結され、前記第1基板の上面に配置される第2連結配線と、
を含むことを特徴とする、太陽光発電装置。 - 前記第1バスバー及び前記第2バスバーに連結され、前記第1基板の上面に配置されるダイオードを含むことを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の太陽光発電装置。
- 前記第1基板の上に配置される第2基板と、
前記第1基板及び前記第2基板の間に介され、前記ダイオードを覆う緩衝フィルムと、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の太陽光発電装置。 - 前記第1バスバー及び前記第1連結配線が互いに接続される部分及び前記第2バスバー及び前記第2連結配線が互いに接続される部分を覆うジャンクションボックスを含むことを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の太陽光発電装置。
